This woman is amazing! Under her training, I was able to go from couch to my first of many 5Ks, several 40 mile bike rides, 3 Triathlons, and a balanced nutritional lifestyle. I’ve recently dropped 15.5lbs through 19 days of Tania’s endorsed Isagenics 30 day Cleanse program. She has a great training approach where she is encouraging while holding you accountable and the results are fantastic. Tania has changed the way I approach Diet and Exercise. I highly recommend Gemini Personal Training.

I really enjoy working out with Gemini Personal Training. Tania not only challenges you but makes her workouts fun and the time seems to fly by. I took advantage of Tania’s Triathlon training group too — a good time and I felt both mentally and physically prepared come race time. Lastly, Tania focuses on your form so no injuries will occur.
