Ordered a sausage Thin Crust and it was delicious. I’m from Chicago and it was on point! Will come again!

I’ve never been a fan of deep dish pizza, so there’s that. I find the crust tastes like saltine crackers, and there’s just too much filling. Plus, it takes about 40 minutes to cook, which is tool long for lunch hour. So it’s unfortunate that the only pizza lunch specials at Giordano’s involve deep dish pizza(what they called stuffed). Still, they offer regular pizza and even an extra thin version. Unfortunately they have that same weird dough. Not my favorite. That said, their Caesar salad is excellent. And the service at this Giordano’s is excellent. So if deep dish is your thing, by all means check it out.

Unilocalers stay away. Worse management. The pizza was only lukewarm after waiting 45 mins for it. In addition, had a Unilocal coupon that they would not honor because it «came from corporate» not them. They would consider it if it was printed — nothing in the coupon mentioned he need to be printed.

The service is sub par but the food is delicious. We have a deep dish meet pizza and you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

Pizza was really good, wings were MEH. If you are really hungry be warned that it does take longer for the pizza but it was worth the wait. **We had takeout to eat at our hotel but while waiting in the restaurant we did watch the staff sit in a booth and play on their phones and take selfies. One diner had to walk over and ask the servers fooling around in the booth for a bottle of water. One diner had to just yell over at them that he would like another beer. Very strange behavior. As a former restaurant manager I find letting your employees take selfies and play on their phones in the middle of the dining room is terribly unprofessional. Glad we ate our pizza in bed at the hotel! **

Avoid this place! Order from any other giordano’s locations. Not only is the manager rude but the staff too.

Great service! Authentic Chicago style pizza. It takes 45 minutes for a pizza but well worth it. The cannolis & the cheesy garlic bread were fantastic as well.

I was super excited to eat here and had high expectations… The pizza looked much better than it tasted. They were also busy so the wait was a good while. Food: — Cheesy garlic bread: Don’t order these. As basic as it gets, super uninspiring. It comes with a side of marinara sauce which I honestly despised… it tasted horrible lol. Very watered down… just tasted like crap. — Bruschetta: Got these with a coupon from our hotel room. It came without cheese, since it was free though. These were good. You get that strong balsamic vinegar flavor that covers the tomatoes. Unfortunately, they let it sit on the bread too long, two of the pieces of bread were SUPERSOGGY… which obviously takes away from the eating experience. –Chicken Sausage Deluxe Stuffed Pizza: Comes with mushrooms and spinach. I was a bit confused eating the pizza. I tasted no chicken sausage… They either brought out the wrong pizza or they need to step up their game with the toppings on this pizza. The crust becomes the star of the pizza. It is more a pie crust than pizza. It’s actually a great vehicle to carry the heaviness from chicago style pizza, but I felt that the crust overshadowed everything else. I feel that the pizza needed MORECHEESE! Overall, average eating experience. Worth a shot trying, we all have different preferences but I felt they slacked on every order we placed.

Went there three times within my two week stay to see my bf, and every time was amazing. The deep dish pizza is cooked so perfectly, and it’s amazing that you don’t even have to go to Chicago to have it now! The waiters are very friendly and recognized is returning after the first visit and treated us well. It felt more like a local restaurant than a big chain, and I loved my whole experience there. :) Keep up the great food and service!

So I honestly have to say that I love the quality and taste of Giordano’s pizza. However, my most recent experience with this establishment is the reason that I will not be ordering from this particular location again. The story goes something like this – I ordered a pizza from the establishment taking advantage of their newly launched online ordering system. After searching through the database and selecting the pizza I wanted, I was prompted to enter my address for delivery. The system approved me for delivery within the next hour and a half, so I entered my payment information as usual and hit ‘submit.’ After placing my order, I received a call from the manager letting me know that I was a little further away than normal, but she would be glad to deliver my pizza for an added delivery charge. I figured this would not be a huge problem, and in the future I would simply drive over to pick up my pizza. However, apparently this was a huge problem and no one informed me of it. My delivery driver that arrived was extremely unprofessional, complaining to me about how much of an «annoyance» it was to have to deliver our pizza. He was constantly berating me about how much of a «hassle» it was and how we were inconveniencing them. Honestly, I did not understand seeing as they agreed to drive it out to me for the extra payment. Realistically, they should have just told us they were sorry and were not able to deliver the pizza. That’s simple common sense customer service. Overall, I’m just really upset that I bought this pizza as an early birthday present and spent a lot on it, only to have everything thrown back into my face. If others choose to frequent this establishment, that is their choice of course and I respect it. However, I cannot go back to this establishment again personally on principle alone.

Deep dish, Chicago pizza! The quality of the Italian beef and pizza is amazing, just like home. Thank you Giordano’s for being in Orlando!

Waited a long time to get pizza this good again. Stuffed pizza anyway. Absolutely amazing stuffed pizza. Do NOT come expecting NY pizza. Yes, they offer different crusts but if you come from NY and want pizza like you had in NY, this is not it. Manager/waiter? was friendly. Put up with our sarcasm well and was fun to harass(in a joking manner of course). Only dislike, beer prices. Pricey on the beers(and we can have a few when waiting 40+ minutes for a stuffed pizza).

My, my my!!! What can you say bad about this establishment. This was the first time to this location, but it did not let us down. Service was very good as usual, but our server who was the only server in the place at the time did an excellent job taking care all of the guest and attended to our needs. This guy remind you of one of those Italian guys from Jersey with the best sense of humor and customer service ever. We ordered wings as our starter which were average, but good. But the highlight of the show and the reason we came to Giordano’s was the stuffed Pizza. This Pizza Pie speaks for itself, mounds of cheese and thick flaky pizza crust that’s outstanding. Everything we expected and love the consistency that the Pizza was the same even at a different location. When you are in the Orlando area you have to try this place. When will you guys bring a location to South FL I wlll be there often.

I had no idea this opened in Orlando! That’s so exciting because I love the Chicago location(who doesn’t?) Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to check out the Under $ 10 Lunch Special but my friend and I ended up splitting a small Veggie Deep Dish Pizza and it did not disappoint! The top was layered with olives and tomato sauce and the inside was stuffed with cheese, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, and artichoke! There may have been some other veggies in there, it was jam packed with them and I love that! The crust was perfectly crunchy on the bottom which is my favorite! We actually took most of the pizza home because we were full and it tasted EVENBETTER later! The small can actually be split with 3 people although the recommended # is 2. It’s deep dish so it’s super filling and one slice is usually enough if you enjoy some appetizers too(we only had the garlic Parmesan fries and they were delish!) I also must mention how wonderful our waiter was. He was hilarious and kept cracking jokes every time he came by, and always made sure we were okay and didn’t need anything extra. He was just on top of things the entire time we were there and we really enjoyed his wonderful attitude! So props to him :)

I’ve always wanted to try this place and when I found out it was on the same street as my hotel, I had to give this place a shot! It was 11:00PM and I totally forgot to eat dinner so I opened up the good ol’ Unilocal!app and did a search for nearby restaurants. To my surprise, Giordano’s in Orlando? Shut the front door! I gave them a call and either my hotel phone was bad or they were using a phone from the 1940’s, but I had a slow time and a lot of repeating myself while placing my order. I completed my order for their signature deep dish pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, mushroom and cheese. The cheese! I have no idea what cheese they were using, but it was like the best thing ever! The crust is also something worth writing about as well. It reminded me more of a Lasagna except replace the soft pasta noodles with FLAKYCRUSTSOFGOODNESS. The delivery guy was fast and I am thankful I don’t have to travel to Chicago ever just to try this place. This place was actually on my list of places to try so I can cross it off my list without going to the windy city.

I didn’t have any pizza, but it looked really good. I stopped for a quick lunch. I had their signature Italian sandwich. Pretty good. The bread was toasted and hot, and soft! I love my sandwiches to have soft bread. I ordered hot peppers, which made the sandwich taste even better. I wasn’t too crazy about the fries, but hey, that’s not what they do. Great lunch stop. They even have free WIFI.

Pizza you have to try once… where else will you get a stuffed pizza pie? The pizza itself was good and served its purpose! The amount of cheese might limit you to one or two slices. If you don’t like cheese this is not the pizza for you! Why are you eating pizza anyway? Sauce was average while the crust was perfect! If a ton of cheese isn’t your thing then go for the regular crust which was pretty yummy. Now for the service. My wife made an order for takeout and was told the pizza would be ready in 40 minutes. I went to pick it the cashier told me they had an order for Sunday after about five minutes of back and forth another guy chimed in and said they have 3 locations and was I sure I had the one. Finally another employee came and found the order which was sitting on the rack ready to be picked up. Extra Unilocaling… Ask for extra sauce on the side. With all of the cheese and crust the bottom layer can get a bit dry.

Giordano’s has three Central Florida locations mostly all close to the attractions and resort areas. For my visit I went to the one on Sand Lake Road. The other two locations are on W. Irlo Bronson highway in Kissimmee and S. Apopka Vineland road in Orlando. In addition to all of the famous deep dish pizza pies, Giordano’s serves up a nice selection of appetizers and salads. Some of the featured items include: Tomato Bruschetta, Chicken Wings, Garlic Parmesan Fries and Fired Calamari. If you are not in the mood for Pizza, They also serve up some pretty good sandwich choices. The sandwich menu includes the Chicken Parmesan, Italian Market Deli, Mamma’s Meatball Sub and the popular Italian Beef Sandwich. For a different take on the classic Italian Beef sandwich, you can order the Northside Italian Beef and have all of the ingredients cooked inside Giordano’s legendary pizza dough. We started with an order of the Ripe Tomato Bruschetta with diced tomatoes, olive oil, fresh mozzarella and basil on crispy garlic toast with a balsamic glaze. This was one of the better Tomato Bruschetta’s I’ve had. For our pie selection we chose The Special with sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Compared to other Pizza Pies I have had, I enjoyed Giordano’s a little bit more simply because it was more edible. What I mean by that is that the pie was not too thick and heavy, but just the right size. Of course there are a few dessert selections available at Giordano’s as well like Tiramisu, Mini Cannoli, Chocolate Layer Cake and even a S’mores Pie. It all sounded very tempting, but after consuming so much bread and cheese, there was no room left. Perhaps next time.
