I went to this golfsmith 3 different times to get my lofts and lies checked since I’m playing on the Suncoast tour. The first time I got turned away because the repair guy wasn’t in. The second time I went I got turned away because he was«too busy» and«didn’t have time» and practically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I decided to try 1 more time since a couple of my irons were flying funny. Seemed like the 3rd time was the charm. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because of the worker Ron. He helped me out and took the time to check my lofts and lies(which a couple irons were off!!). If you ever need help ask for Ron because he will take the time to help you.

My boyfriend and I just went in this weekend for a new set of clubs. Ron helped us out and he was AMAZING. He was so helpful and knew so much about fitting my boyfriend. We even went to the golf range today and he was hitting his driver like a pro :). Thank you so much Ron!!!

The day after Christmas we went there to change out the size of some shoes that Santa brought. I have been in several Golf Smith’s across the country but this one was especially awesome. The selections is amazing. They have several choices of everything you can even imagine when it comes to golf. We picked up some Titleist balls and a new bag to go along with our shoes. The prices are as low as you will find as far as big brand name retail prices. They have a fully functional indoor training facility within the building. Golf Tec has two huge teaching bays rigged up with state of the art video software to help you with your swing and they have an indoor driving range area that you can use to demo anything. Overall, this place is a five out of five. If you are a golf fan this place is heaven.

Like Golf Wal-Mart! Golfsmith’s is a pretty cool golf and tennis hybrid store that is in the same vein as Edwin Watts and Special Tee. But while these stores were a little bit on the smallish side, Golfsmith feels more like a Golf Mega Mart. They have a ton of stuff, as well as an in-store golf area. The Good: Amazing Selection: Whether you are getting gear for an amateur putt-putt enthusiast or a seasoned back nine pro, this place will have what you need. Try Before you buy: If you are nervous about that titanium putter, you can try it out on the mini course in the store. Good Stuff! The Bad: A little too big: I really prefer the smaller atmosphere of Special Tee, and some of the other neighborhood golf shops. This place definitely has more variety in the selection, but it just wasn’t as personable. This place is a great shop to go if you need some new golfing supplies, and is very convenient to the Mall at Millenia area. Overall 7.5/10= Golfing goodness

Although the word golf is in the name, tennis buffs should also be aware of this store. Fully stocked with all things tennis and golf related, you should go ready to enjoy your time there. All the name brands and best-of-the-best products are neatly displayed and accessible. Golf bags, travel bags, shoes, apparel and clubs will have you salivating. They not only sell brand new clubs, but slightly used ones as well for a reduced price. Plus they offer a mini-driving range area for you to take a stab at that new driver. A good way to discern whether or not you need to spend $ 500 or $ 200. The associates are helpful and easy to spot. It does feel like a Sport’s Authority or a Dick’s except that they have narrowed their focus quite a bit.
