Dr. Gray has be my PCP since 2006. As you can imagine, this review will be thorough. First of all: arriving at the location is a bit challenging with regard to accessing a parking spot. There’s two levels so if you’re lucky enough to find one, it’s relatively close to the building. Handicap accessibility all throughout the area as well as two elevators that take you up through the buildings six floors. Dr. Gray is on the third and toward the left once you exit. Walking into the office is comfortable. They have a calm and home-like entry with comfortable seating. The one caveat to this is you can’t really lean your head back on the wall since you’ll hit the picture frames. The front desk is swift with processing paperwork and friendly. There’s been some turnaround on the staff, but recently they’ve stuck around and it’s nice to see familiar faces. The services through Dr. Gray are impeccable and accurate. THATBEINGSAID: He’s meticulously thorough in his work and attention to detail, while educating the client, is paramount and the main reason why I’ve continued. The man goes over my labs and explains everything in the results without making me feel rushed about it. If it were a quick«wham, bam, here’s your script» situation I would’ve left ages ago. Thankfully, it’s not. He genuinely cares for each client and gives them the time they deserve. This is where I put 4 stars; However, the issue is timing and the wait to see him. On average, I’ve waited around 2 – 3 hours in office or in the actual room before seeing him. Simple follow ups have taken as much time. Be sure to schedule an adequate amount of time so potential changes in scheduling can be made. I’ve noticed a pattern of longer waits toward the afternoon versus the early morning. Some would value time over quality. I’m the other way around. If you want quick services, understand you may not necessarily get it with Dr. Gray all the time(at times he’s been on point). If you want thorough, empirically-based, genuine client-centered care: this Doctor is for you.
