Wow I just walked out of this store because I had the WORST experience. I walked in looking for Soho leather clutch and wanted some suggestions from «professional» associates, but I am guessing the staff thought that I was too poorly dressed or have enough money to get help. The store was not busy at all. The staff were just standing around behind their counters LOOKING at me for 10 – 15 minutes and not even one of them greeted or acknowledge me. FYI This year back in I purchase a bree original gg canvas shoulder bag the year before a wallet and a large tote bag at this location. Don’t shop at this location because if you are too poorly dressed (Work cloths) they will not help you. Trust me go to the Prada or the Louis Vuitton store the staff is not as stuck up.
Update 12÷13÷14 6:20 p.m.
This afternoon I walked in the same store with my wife dressed up more properly (Jeans a button up shirt and a sweater) with my wife wearing her bree original gg canvas shoulder bag and in matter of seconds I was greeted by a sales staff. I also spoke with the supervisor on duty and explained him the horrible experience. He said“I’ll let the store manager know”, how will he contact me to hear my side as well. They should post a sign outside of the store «Dress to impress or the store staff will not hep you». I see why the Louis Vuitton store across is busier the staff will assist anyone without judging how they are dressed.

Terrible workplace, manager is self centered with a staff that back stabs each other.

I haven’t seen anything new in the past 5 years.
What was once a 5 star in my eyes has completely dropped off and has nothing to do with the service here which has also gone down. I use to buy Gucci quite often and I have all but given up on them. Hopefully someday they can do something that brings me back around.

This Gucci location is pretty nice. It has a great location in the mall, next to Tiffany and across the hall from Chanel.
I bought my boyfriend a pair of loafers from this location and Leo was very helpful. As far as the rest of the staff, I’ve heard mixed reviews.
Check them out, they have always have RTW in stock.

This review is on behalf of my dad. He went in to the store with the intention of buying a suit for my brother, fully able to afford the ludicrous retail price. Apparently his standard t-​shirt/​shorts combination grossly offended the faux-​fabulous employee to the point that he was ignored for 15 minutes. Not because said employee was previously engaged, but he opted to help the well-​heeled customers first, even though they came in later. Unacceptable. Needless to say, the suit was not purchased.
Even in high-​end stores, customer service is still key. You never know who you’re dealing with.

Great store but I rather buy my purse @ High end dept stores such as neimans or saks just for customer service skills.
