These guys are super helpful and friendly. They really are some of the only people who will do serious repair and know what they’re doing.

I used to own a small guitar shop and came to guitar factory when I needed parts to repair guitars with. They are the only place in the area I have found to carry most parts and have them in stock when you need them. If they didn’t they could get them. They go much further beyond the usual strings and pickups the other places carry. They specialize in doing repairs. I would trust nobody but these guys to fix my equipment if I can’t fix it myself. They make custom guitars and have a small showroom in the shop. I wouldn’t go here guitar shopping unless you are a big name and want one custom made. However the owners are a great group of people to know if you are in the music industry. These guys are top notch.

This is mainly a guitar repair shop. They also sell amps and guitars and custom build guitars.
Bill and Doug have been fixing and building guitars in Orlando for as long as I can remember, they used to be located downtown next to Music City many years ago. They are now located on Edgewater Drive in a much more appealing location.
They make custom guitars for some pretty big stars and I can spend an hour just looking at all the cool pictures they have on their walls of local and national guitarists.
On Saturdays they will fix/​tune up your guitar that same day while you wait usually. The rest of the days you’ll probably have to leave it depending on what you need done. If you have a question you can even email them on their website!
