Phenomenal massage. Ami rocks! I have had massages at 5-​Star hotels and many other spas. This product is the top of the heap and an unparalleled value!

The environment was very clean and nice, but I will not be going again. I originally went because I received a gift certificate for an hour massage. I made an appointment for 4 o’clock. I showed up 15 minutes early and filled out paperwork. In this paperwork, I initialed and agreed to the following policy: If someone is late to their appointment, they will not receive their entire service as this would push back other appointments. However, I had to sit and wait until 4:25 before they would take me – and I was told that this was because someone earlier in the day was late, and that was pushing back others’ appointments. To sit and wait for a half hour past my appointment – when I just signed something stating that this would not happen… No, I do not agree with that. Furthermore, the massage therapist talked the entire time. As a new client, I think a therapist should first ask if you prefer silence or talking. I prefer silence in order to really enjoy a serene massage. I would not recommend going here to anyone. There are many better spas around.

The staff at Hardy Health Aesthetics Clinical Spa in East Orlando is amazing. I have gone to Nora for a chemical peel and facial. I have problematic skin and can see an improvement. They offer introductory specials, sign up for their email newsletter. This Clinical Spa is overseen by an MD so you can be reassured you are getting quality service and treatments. Very convenient to Waterford Lakes and Avalon Park.
