My husband bought an HID light and it stopped working within a month. We went back to talk to them to see what they could do. An employee there was super disrespectful telling us «You can’t return it after using for a month… This is not Walmart». Very demeaning tone like we were Walmart shoppers. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager but he looked like he was 18 and obviously super inexperience regarding customer service. Another older guy there just looked at us and ignored us like nothing was happening. These business is the worst. Don’t go thru hassle to save a few bucks on cheap products. Read their Google reviews which are bad too.

He was a young punk and i would’ve punch him in the face if I could. I knew I was talking to an idiot so I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager but he looked like he was 18 and inexperience regarding customer service. Another older guy there just stood there like not wanting to denied but didn’t agree that the young punk was the manager when I asked him. These people are stupid and I hope they continue to loose business cause we never going back there again. Don’t go thru hassle go somewhere else where people are respectful and not assh@/€%.

oo. really really bad. i saw all the bad reviews on google and thought, how bad could it be!!! it was bad. and i only went there to rent a uhaul! thats really simple transaction. i reserved it online and just went to pick it up! took me a 1.5 hours! the staff is beyond slow, and i’m not just talking about the pace of their movements. the number of customers that i saw waiting around to get their car refixed bc HID messed up was more than i count on two hands. it was ridiculous! google reviews had it right. don’t go here bc their cheap $ 39 HID light offer… will likely end up costing you alot more to refix bc their going to claim they didn’t do anything wrong :/
