I had a great experience with Hook’d Home Inspections. He did a thorough home inspection and we got to negotiate down on the house because of the few issues he found for us. He was extremely honest, and got the report back to us on the same day. If we had any further questions, he was very easy to get in touch with and would explain everything to us and our relator. I highly recommend Hook’d Home Inspections.

Awful! He spent time inspecting the house throughly, however, he told us the roof is in very bad shape! We need to ask the Owner money to replace the roof when negotiating for the house or get the insurance to replace it before buying the house, yet he puts on the report the roof is good no damage! We couldn’t negotiate for the house because Owner said inspector said the roof is good. To me, he was trying to get the house on a higher price to get on the good side with our realtor to get his name out there. Definitely don’t recommend him and will tell all my friends buying a house not to get him.
