I used to get pizza here all the time. Hadn’t been here for about 2 months and changed for the worst! I got pizza that was burned. The extra cheese was not extra cheese and they said they now had to weigh the cheese. Along with the terrible customer service and horrible pizza, I’d much rather go to Little Caesars.

The worst customer service I have ever received from any restaurant ever. If you have a problem with your order they will not stop to listen and refuse to help to you except to offer what ever they feel is compensatory. If you tell them you don’t like the food they say it was inspected for quality as it left and refuse to even listen at that point. They are the worst.

Pizza is very tasty!!! I was pleasantly surprised by their pepperoni pizza with butter garlic crust. Simply delicious and great value for the price!!!

I placed my order online (first mistake) at 6 on the dot, it said it’d be ready in about 20 minutes. Got to the store at 6:15, walked in the girl was pleasant and was looking for my order only to walk away and not return so I’m standing there and the manager (I’m assuming by her demeanor) walks up, not so pleasant, I told her I’m just waiting for my order I put it in online, she goes to look for it only to tell me «well we’re working on it» so I took a seat. About 8 or 9 people have walked in and received their order. I’ll let it go that maybe they just aren’t accustomed to online orders but I’m still waiting for my ONE pizza as I sit here and write this review. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes. Not one of the people working here has said anything to me since. This better be the best pizza of my life.

Don’t judge me but I’m sort of obsessed with Hungry Howies. Anything from the pizza to the wings or subs HH can do no wrong. This location just opened up amd idk if it’s the fact that they are new or what bit they’re pizza is slightly different than other locations. And I mean that is the most positive way possible. The crust is a little thicker here than what I’ve experienced and it’s amazing! Same great flavors eith a thicker less greasy crust. I’ve already ordered from here twice this week. I can’t get enough. On top of all that the staff os courteous amd polite on the phone and in person, tje establishment is clean and comfortable and they really focus on presenting their product well. The only thing I may be able to complain about is that their location is just to the side of the main street so I could understand of someone else had trouble finding it HOWEVER there are plenty of signs and even a billboard right at the street corner where it is located.

I have always ordered from this location and have never had a problem. They were late ONE time so far (LOL) but did call to let me know. I have always spoken to a polite professional person ALWAYS! I would recommend Hungry Howies this location as well as others to anyone. Nelson you rock!
