Great place! It’s bigger than I thought it would be and it has more selections than I thought. I approve!!!

I was VERY disappointed in this. When you walk in the layout looks impressive and you think you hit the jackpot! I came around 5 pm. on a Wed night when it was not tourist season. so the food was cold and mediocre. I think the buffet was $ 13.99 and an extra $ 4.99 if you like crab lags. My friend and I nibbled on various things but nothing tasted good. Okay and edible but not good including even the fried rice we ordered on the hibachi which was rice and egg and no vegetables! The waitress was stalking us. I don’t know if she thought we weren’t going to pay or what. but anyway — I would have rather had a HOT big mac… I won’t go back and would not recommend… oh and no full bar either! The restaurant is located right off of IDrive and Kirkman in the shopping center right before Fun Spot. Save your money– you are better off going to a Chinese Restaurant and getting hot food!!!

For Asian buffets, this stands a bit above the rest of the field in terms of quality and selection. This buffet has mainly Chinese and Japanese items. They have sushi freshly made and a Hibachi Grill chef that takes your order that is included with the buffet, which I thought was very well priced at $ 12 for adult. I had Hibachi shrimp and scallops with fried rice(hibachi cooked). It was very tasty, but the scallops were about the size of a hot cocoa mini marshmallow. I did not know they harvested scallops that small! I did not have to wait very long, but can see how there could be a wait if it is busy as there was only 1 hibachi chef. I also had the pot stickers and these were better than at most buffets, though they were slightly burnt. They had a good selection of sea food and even raw oysters. The restaurant is pretty clean compared to others and the atmosphere is nice. I would eat here again because of the price, quality, and selection. I rate this place with the menu pricing at 4 stars(for buffets), 3.75 stars for the food quality and 4 stars for the selection.

Large restaurant and plenty to eat. I’m not a sushi fan but this place had plenty of it for those who are. Typical Chinese buffet with the usual selections. Plus 10% off with the Unilocal coupon but they will take your phone from you to show the manager the coupon before applying it.

The highlight of the buffet is the sushi bar, which is the first thing you see when you walk in. There’s a good selection at the sushi bar, and if you tip them well, they definitely pay attention to you. The hibachi grill was okay but sometimes the wait will be 20 minutes because they cook it in small batches(about four orders at a time). They have a one per person rule. They offered shrimp, steak, fish, and chicken. Scallops were crossed off. I ordered steak and shrimp with rice. The chef got my order wrong and made chicken and shrimp, so we had to wait even longer. The steak was on the tough side but the shrimp and fried rice were decent. Between the fried rice at the hot buffet station and hibachi fried rice, I’d recommend the latter because it’s fresh off the grill. The hot buffet options were pretty standard — the typical Chinese American fare one would expect. Mostly fried, greasy dishes. Not a lot of veggies. While there were some trays of meat and veggies mixed together, I only saw one designated veggie dish(green beans) and then the salad bar. They offered several seafood dishes, mostly fish, but they also had clams and a raw oyster bar. They had crab legs but they cost extra. There’s also a few American dishes like the buffet pizza, fried chicken, steak, French fries, etc. For desserts they have a scoop-it-yourself ice cream freezer, and other small sweets like cookies, pudding, roll cake, and those fried Chinese donuts. They were really busy on a Saturday evening and service was slow. They brought out our drinks immediately but hardly returned to take away plates or give refills. There were several birthday celebrations going on, and they did play«happy birthday» on their sound system. My experience here wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either.

It’s mostly a Japanese and Chinese buffet. However, there’s even Spanish items included like fried plantains. The food was mediocre. Nothing really stood out, everything was pretty average. I was hoping for Wonton Soup. Surprisingly, it wasn’t anywhere in the buffet. They lacked vegetarian options as well. This place was awfully crowded but it’s understandable since it is located in a very congested area of Orlando. Moreover, service is not too good.

Good service, price($ 11.99) and variety for a buffet. Sushi was just average but that’s what you’d expect at a buffet.

Food is a bit greasy, Hibachi cooks do not acknowledge you until you literally stand in front of them and yell. This place needs an active manager present. Unsavory crowd/location

Honestly I shouldn’t complain about a AYCE buffet that is 11.99 but I would be mean if I didn’t. Although there is a variety of the American-Chinese food(fried rice, lo mien, chicken and broccoli, etc) and the more authentic Chinese food(sautéed clams, steamed fish, etc) the food was mediocre at best. The sushi and sashimi looked sad and the a lot of the food looked like it had been sitting there all day. The service was horrendous. The facial expressions on the waitresses and chefs looked depressing. Never will we be going there again.

Standard Japanese/Chinese buffet. Very reasonable prices — especially if you use a coupon from Unilocal or in the coupon books that are ubiquitous in Orlando. Large sushi station with a surprising selection. The sushi is obviously frozen and thawed out. If you don’t have high expectations this area may be a pleasant surprise. Hot areas have Chinese and Japanese food but it is overwhelmingly dominated by the former. It is owned and operated by Chinese people. The food was average. In the early evening the food turnover was fairly quick. You need to pay extra if you want the crab legs. The salad bar was weak and desserts weren’t too bad. Supposedly one of the better Asian buffets in the International Drive area…

Not very veggie friendly. Their buffet has a lot of seafood, which is nice if you like seafood. They didn’t replace things too often, which had me a little worried. A lot of items were mislabeled, especially at the sushi bar. The line for the grill was always very long, even though they had a 1 order per person rule. Took a really long time to get seated as well, but it was not that busy at the time. For the price, this place was worth it. A friend recommended it to me or I never would have gone.

3 stars is good for a buffet so 4 is way above average. Great location and the plaza looks to be newly renovated. Right in front of fun spot and behind Del Taco so I feel there was an ease of entrance. Newer buffet so very nice atmosphere and very clean overall for a buffet! It was about 13 for adult buffet and great selection. They had plenty of servers on hand and handled a party if 25 easily. Highly recommended!!!

Mehhhh, I wasn’t impressed. The food was ok but there wasn’t a whole heap of variety and I did not like the hibachi experience at all. They do not let you make your own plate, instead you have to tell them what u want and that conversation never goes well because the person tasked with taking and preparing orders doesn’t speak good English… Coincidentally, he didn’t speak Chinese, Mandarin or Japanese either… He spoke Spanish, go figure. So after you wait in line you get to repeat your order to the grill master several times, cut down the list of things you want so as not to seem as greedy as you really want to be and then wait 5+ minutes for him to cook your food. Is this a Florida thing? I’m used to being able to make my own plate, hand it to the cook and get it prepared and choose the flavor of sauce I want on it. The way they were doing it seemed off to me. I digress… The desserts were not good. I just wasn’t feeling it. I’m used to a much better quality buffet for the same price. Oh, and parents… Apparently they charge you for kids over 3 feet regardless of age. And no, they did not pull out a ruler, they just eyeballed it. Of course there’s no signage stating this.

$ 7.99 and 10% discount if you check in here on Unilocal, fyi. Also, free for the little ones under 3. Drinks are extra. The chairs and tables are clean, and the host was gracious and smiling as she lead us to our seats. Show your coupons upfront. They have Chinese, Japanese, and some Korean foods, plus American standbys like pizza, and the little hibatchi grill that you can order some salty, but relatively tasteless chicken/beef/shrimp at — scallops at dinner. The fried rice isn’t bad, but tastes of the oil burnt on the grilling surface. The sugar donuts ended up being the best part — I ate three, unashamedly. The kimchi was just sour, not spicy. The hot & sour soup was ok, but too thick from cornstarch. Lo mein was greasy but tasty. The sushi was mostly a mix of cooked fish and imitation crab(after-effect of being in Orlando?). Overall, a good buffet for the value and certainly within range of Disneyworld if you have a car. It’s nice and simple layout and you can find something you might want to eat, though I completely skipped the salad bar, but they did have crawfish and clams in black bean sauce. Nice touch was the full half ham, that you could carve yourself large chunks of to stash on your plate.

How is this place so hard to find online? The food is glorious, the price is right(11.99 dinner), and I love it! This place is a hole in the way in the sense that more people need to know or its gloriousness! Praise be to Ichiban for this delicious food. They have a full sushi bar, hibachi, and buffet all included in the price. Love love love!

Costs: $ 11.99/adult dinner on a weekend. Pay additional $ 4.99 for unlimited crab legs. Food: It had a bit more variety of sashimi and sushi compared to other cheap Asian buffets, The sushi was actually fresher than other buffets I have been to and I was pretty impressed with the variety of sushi and sashimi available. I didn’t try the hibachi since my main focus was eating all the seafood and crab legs. The crab legs were watery and it took awhile to restock the crab legs. The best thing was it has eight different flavors of ice cream. Service: I did not run into any rude staff members. The waitresses were nice. The sushi chef cut me a pile of salmon sashimi even though I didn’t ask — he just offered and gave me a pile of newly cut salmon sashimi. I did show the waitress my 10% off for checking in early on because I read another Unilocaler had issues with getting the 10% off. I rate this 3.5−4 stars because it is an above average Asian buffet compared to others.

So I was intrigued by the brochure that came in the mail announcing the over 200 choices including oysters, crab legs, grill and many other items. It was clear that crab legs were not included in the lunch buffet was I did expect oysters and a larger selection of sushi. Sushi was ok, hibachi was good and the grill was redundant to us. Food choices were plentiful and we felt good about the price we paid especially with a coupon so all in all, one of the better buffets in the area. Clean, nice décor and friendly staff.

Overall, Ichiban was pretty nice. It was super close to work, which is nice, and cheap. I went there for lunch with some friends from work, they were able to sit us down immediately. Took our drink orders, allowing us to go right to the buffet. The Sushi menu was ok, it was a lot of the same. They didn’t replenish the rolls as often and the taste was eh. I was super excited to find a sushi bar, especially an all you can eat one. The Chinese portion was full, but tasted about the same as the Sushi. It was sort of a let down, I would probably go back, but mostly because of the price and proximity to work.
