It may be considered a little retro, but I love Jazzercise, and this location is awesome. They offer several classes throughout the day, with at least one class every day. I’ve been to this location off and on for the last twelve years and still have some of the instructors I started with. Everyone is friendly and the facility is clean. Free weights are on hand for use, or you can bring your own. The class consists of dance routines to modern and older hits.

Any time I try to commit to exercising (either at a gym, or running/​walking on a regular basis) I do it a few times and then tend to quit soon after. Jazzercise has been such a great fit for me, because I try to go to classes after work whenever I’m available to do so. I look forward to it, and I enjoy starting my weekend days with Jazzercise to get the day started. There are many people at this location who have been going for years, and it’s very sociable; the instructors each have their own styles and class ‘personalities’ so you can try several to see what works best for you. Each instructor makes a point to get to know who is in their classes, and they care that YOU are there instead of just being anonymous in a sea of people. I appreciate those relationships, and since they take time to get to know a little bit about me it makes me feel more accountable about getting to classes regularly. :) Take a chance on Jazzercise, and you’ll have fun while taking care of yourself among friendly faces!
