Jet Set Express

I’m not sure why there are bad reviews on here. I’ve used jet set twice now and both times have been worry free. They keep to their schedule which is important to me and the busses are clean and have wifi. Price is great so idk why people are complaining.

Dangerous Driver! Bus #166. I saw this bus on turnpike south to miami on 11÷1÷15, the driver passed me jump infront of me with no room between me and the car infront of me when I beeped the horn at him he got upset and threw the bus at me. I called FHP and filed a complaint called dispatched for this company and no one called back! Stay away! Be safe! Find a company that has professional drivers!

Upon arrival to bus terminal at 6:15, as instructed by website to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. In my case departure time was SUPPOSED to be 6:45am ! The building was closed and no sign of life, even though the hours on the door states they open at 6am Monday thru Saturday! Its now 6:25am, still waiting in my car, in a dark gravel parking lot. Some folks are in a bad situation because they were dropped off! Finally at 6:33 light turns on, terminal door opens and a woman says come an and have a seat, it will be a few minutes before we can check in! These folks obviously have no urgency and respect for time! The bus finally left the terminal at 7:35am! We drove for about 30 min stopped at a shopping plaza and picked up additional passengers! After 30 minutes, We are finally back on the road! The bus is very clean, and seats are typical economy charter bus seats as far as comfort! It is about 50 degrees on the bus and its so cold that your nose, fingers and toes are numb. We asked to turn the air down but it didn’t make a difference! Other than that it isn’t a bad ride for $ 23 one way. I’d probably use them again in a crunch like today, but will definitely be more prepared with a blanket! BTW if you are planning to pay at the terminal for your fare, its cash only!

I have taken this bus service about 3 times and the only reason i do, is because it beats driving and its cheaper than most ($ 23). I do have to say, every experience does get better but it does not differ that this company is cheap. They have horrible service when you’re on the bus. They claim to offer WiFi but everytime i have ridden their shuttle, none was provided.
When you first call to book a reservation, the agents sound rushed and they dont provide enough information about the trip; They expect you to know. Being picked up, there is no terminal. You basically get picked/​dropped off on the street. Just be cautious, it might not be the safest especially at their departure times. Which for their mornings are 7am and evenings 7p, no in between and usually they are late. Try to be there at least 15 mins before.

This will be my last time going on this bus! I am in pain right now. Jet set arrived at 4:53 am in Miami (Dadeland Marriott) although they said departure time was at 4:40 am; Whatever I can overlook that, but it is now 9:50 am and I’m still on this bus! the amount of stops these people make are RIDICULOUS!!! I rather pay more and go in style next time. I’m 5’10 and the leg room is NOT THERE! Horrible. This bus is like a factory. Get lots of people on and wait 6 hrs to make it from Miami to orlando?! Get real… I’m about to throw a blood clot bcuz I’ve been sitting for so long. Never again! You get what u pay for… I learned my lesson. Oh yeah and if u decide to come on this bus, make sure to pack snacks /​sandwiches because they DONT STOP and u will get very hungry, as You will be on this bus for 6 HOURS, unless u get on in west palm beach, fl. No thank you!

The worst trip from Orlando to Miami ever!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The driver refused to turn on the ac, there were people screaming from the back of the bus at him until he finally turned it on as we were getting to Miami. This was THE WORST experience traveling I’ve ever had. I’m six feet tall and have good posture, there was a guy sitting in front of me with his seat all the way down, and it felt like he was literally sitting on my lap. My knee had to be sticking him in his back the whole trip. Their rates are cheap and so are they. I felt like I was getting smuggled across the border! It felt as if I were inside a sardine tin — the bus was packed, everyone was screaming, and everyone was sweating their asses off. On top of all of this, there aren’t different departure times to choose from — they have a specific time they leave and that’s it! Needless to say, you get what you pay for. Expect no bang for your buck here. They really make you regret not spending the extra $ 20 – 30 to go with a luxury bus. I have learned my lesson. Never again! Cheap bus ticket = trip from hell. RUN!

BASICALLY MY 1ST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE BUS WAS DIRTY, THE SMELL FROM RESTROOMS WAS INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE. AND I CAN COMPARE, BECAUSE I TRAVEL FROM MIAMI TO ORLANDO, ROUND TRIP, ON BUS SINCE 5 – 6 YEARS WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY OF 5 – 9 PEOPLE WHEN THEY COME ON VACATION FROM PUERTO RICO.
THEY WERE :30-:40 MINUTES LATE. WE WERE THERE SINCE 4AM, LIKE THE WEBSITE SAID AND SOME OTHER DRIVER, FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, HAD TO CALL HIM TO SEE WERE HE WAS. THERE WAS NO TV, NO SNACKS… CONTRARY AS THE WEBSITE SAID. THEY GIVE YOU NO REFUND. THEY CANNOT COMPENSATE YOU IF YOU MISSED AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR LATENESS, OR IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY THE EXPERIENCE. THEY CANNOT CALL YOU OR GIVE YOU A SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION. ALL I RECIEVED WAS A LAME EXCUSE THROUGH EMAIL. WATCH…
