False advertisement this company have bounce houses on their website different than the one being installed at your house. Driver came to my house with a kid that lifts up trailer door and hits one of my family relatives in the leg (by accident) but cuts them blood coming down her leg and the driver just stands there without saying a word or doesn’t even apologizes on the kids behalf. Will never recommend or use this company again

Worst customer service ever! I pre-​ordered the size and style bounce house I wanted 1 ½ weeks in advance. The bounce house they dropped off was nothing like what I ordered. The driver showed up 3 hours after the drop off window. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone to try and get some kind of credit. The driver didn’t show back up that night to pick it up. The next day he blames me for the small discount I was going to get because some of it was coming out of his pocket. I will never use this company again.
