Horrible company! Does not make it to appointments over and over again that they set. Do not follow through with what they say. Can not get answers out of them or resolutions to problems. Can’t wait till our lease is up so we do not not have to work with this company again.

My review is regarding Cesar Estrada and his team. I wanted to get my house rented as quickly as possible before the holiday season. My fear was that if it was not rented before Thanksgiving, I may have had to wait until the first of the year. I thought most people would not want to move during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Cesar assured me that he would use every marketing resource available in order to secure suitable renters as quickly as possible. We discussed a number of strategies, including an open house. As promised, he and his team followed through on all plans, and he was able to find me a suitable renter who moved in a week before Thanksgiving! As a result, I highly recommend Cesar Estrada and his team for your real estate needs.

I am a long time renter, and I have NEVER experienced such poor service. Cesar Estrada does not even make it to his own appointments (that he himself has set). I went as far as confirming my appointment with him, because I know how spacey he has been in the past, and he still left me hanging. I am so disappointed with his lack of professionalism. He defers many of his calls to office staff, and then denies that there was ever a conversation. Luckily, i had the communication in writing as well, which saved me from being forced to leave my apartment unjustly. I am writing this in hopes of saving other people the headache. Find a more professional realtor.
FYI, He is with EMG management group now.
