King of Bounce

Nothing but disrespect from Daniel! But before I start, let me rebuttal the fact that they will try and claim I’m a competitor, like in previous reviews. Let me also point out that I have given them a full week to contact me and the homeowner to apologize for two levels of disrespect. Now, my honest review…
Cash payment on drop-​off is weird to me, especially in 2016 but thats what they require. Looks like a blatant attempt to avoid tax if you ask me but I’m not their accountant so keep this off the record. Perhaps they treat all their customers like this and then get charge backs on credit card.
Daniel was upset when I called him at 11pm because he failed to pickup the bounce house at 6pm and I wanted them to know they forgot. The driver claimed that I’m no body, I didn’t book, I didn’t sign, I didn’t pay, how Daniel even knows who I am from a phone number is beyond me, perhaps he uses his psychic powers for evil, he’s a good villain. After I explained that the homeowner will now be inconvenienced with next day pickup, because they didn’t want strangers in their backyard without being home, he refused to give me a pickup window. «Sometime in the afternoon once we finish out drop-​offs», he said, well that narrows it down.
After multiple requests for a call from the owner via text he refused to speak to me and wanted to talk to the homeowner. Ok, so the homeowner called and explained why it’s an inconvenience and he finally told them 1pm the next day. When him and an extra pair of hands showed up the homeowner asked them to sign that they have picked up the house and they flat out refused. They also gave the homeowner a very «Rash attitude», so I’m told and another request for the owner to call the homeowner was placed. No response.
The next day I sent them a message over Facebook because you cant get them on the phone and they wont reply to your emails. I explained we needed a call withing the next few days or I would leave an honest review online, well guess what… Yup, crickets for 7 days.
All in all, this company does not care about their repeat customers (3^rd time we booked), they take cash and wont deal with any issues. They hire quality drivers who have clearly passes a stringent hiring process. Now, if you ask me if I would recommend this company to a friend my reply would be… A foe, absolutely!

I had an absolutely horid experience with King of Bounce.
My first clue to run should have been when I called to book and the person who took the reservation sounded drunk. However, the deal was good and I brushed it off.
We rented two bounce houses for a large 4^th birthday party. They were late setting up but in time for the party so I let it slide. The units were dirty and majorly worn but again, let it slide. As long as the kids have fun!
The nightmare started when I got a call the next day while I was out with my 4 y/​o. Jessica, the owner, called to tell me that her guys were at my house to pick up and accused twenty 4 y/​o of slashing the bounce house with pocket knives. Ironically, the haggard and worn looking thing was was fully blown up and operating fine at the time. It didn’t stop her from cursing and threatening to take me to court. When I kindly,(no cursing, yelling, etc) explained that I’d have 40 parents behind me in court to attest to the fact that we don’t allow our littles to run around with pocket knives and dared her to try, she called the police to accompany her guys to pick up the bounce houses. Because of course, she feared for the safety of her team. That makes total sense… me and my pocket knife toting 4 y/​o were a complete danger
They picked it up without incident. It took awhile because again, it was fully operational. I have no doubt she was looking to milk me for a new bounce house considering the condition of hers. Don’t think she bargained for someone with some intelligence. Run from them…

Horrible to deal with! Rude and unprofessional at delivery. They do not provide everything you need for the water slide to work properly. Called to discuss with office manager and she actually cursed me out and said if you don’t like it we will just take it away. Ruined our event. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of hotheads before! Think twice before you hire this company for anything!!!

AVOID!!! Wow, wish I read the rest of these reviews before working with them! Hired for a wedding to provide tables and chairs since this was local and seemed very convenient for us. Placed the reservation & deposit online about a month out. After planning out detailed seating charts, etc. I got a very unprofessional phone call/​multiple voicemails at work JUST A FEW DAYS before the wedding saying that unfortunately, they somehow no longer have the tables we rented… Someone else apparently booked them and it didn’t «properly register» in the system, and due to the fact that they are booking them for 2 days instead of just one, they would have to give them «priority»… I’m sorry, but what exactly is the point of a DEPOSIT then, the one I paid for and got confirmation of weeks and weeks before? When you just plan on giving away business when something «better» comes along? The owner was completely unapologetic, even after I explained that this is a wedding and using completely different tables would ruin our entire layout & seating charts. I got off the phone in a melt down. My husband had to take over and after multiple phone calls and him putting the foot down, she decided, never mind, the other customer will go ahead and use the other available tables… in the end, NOT worth all of the stress they put us through 2 days before our big day. On top of it all, chairs arrived completely dirty, forcing us to clean 100 of them by hand! Owner is very inconsiderate and would NEVER recommend depending on this company for any type of it event!

This was the most pathetic excuse for a buisness. I booked my daughter a bounce house for today, paid the deposit, and emailed the conformation time. Not only did they not show up with any bounce house I called over 10 times with no response. Finally someone that supposedly was a manager anwsering yelling at me claiming that they called me over 8 times throughout the week and left voicemails for me. They never called once, I even confirmed the phone number. I asked if they received my email and they said no. The woman was full of a million excuses and was nasty. Not even an apology. If you want to have your child disappointed and sad on their birthdays book with these guys. Awful! !!!

By FAR the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. The women who answers the phone was rude right off the bat major attitude that made you want to hang up but we needed a bounce house sp we ordered. It was like banging your head against a wall. They call and say they need to deliver it early so my wife said ok if you have to so they come 24hrs early and because of that my wife was 10 dollars short. They called me yelling at us even calling us personal names. She then hung up on us. Then 45 minutes later calls back to say they are keeping our despot. Never before have I ever dealt with a company in any industry this unprofessional. i hope others do not have the same experience!

One of the most unprofessional companies i ever worked with. Their work hours make it impossible to contact them if you also work 9 to 5pm. The woman that runs the company is very rude and has an attitude. She kept telling my wife to just make the reservation online. But then when we were about to make that reservation, she said that they cannot fulfill our request. It still showed available on their confusing website, but the lady seemed clueless. We wasted a week of phone tag and emails because of their unprofessional style of work. Do not use this company, if you do you will be left without a bounce house or party rental. They might not even show up and they seem to be unable to provide any service. Search anywhere else. Before your child’s birthday is ruined. thank you

Don’t rent from this company. They deliver a leak bouncing house … Essentially, it does not hold enough air and so the water pool is not strong enough to hold water … They set it up for 15 minutes and they were gone with all my money … NOW the devices does not work well … I call for support and I have no answer … it is ruin the party … Don’t rent from them ever
