Worst Japanese restaurant ever, sushis are all soaked up with vinegar and some even tasted like the rice have been overcooked. Do not try the sushi here.

Was looking forward to having an awesome Teppan Yaki dinner here. As many of you may know I’ve eaten at at least 100 different Teppan restaurants all over the world. I even have a full size grill in my own kitchen. This place last night did not impress my party or any of the other guests at the table. Our guy had few skills and almost no personality. He over cooked the lobster, scallops, filet mignon, and the chicken. The fried rice was blah. Sorry, I really wanted to enjoy our $ 200 meal but we didn’t. The blonde woman cook across from us was on her game. I wish I could have paid more to get her. Oh, and watch for the Asian lady that seems to stand in the shadows and watch the cooks. She was staring at the blonde cook like she was waiting for her to screw up or something. It’s a shame if I’m right about that because being a Teppan chef myself I can tell you that she was laser focused on cooking each item to perfection. Unlike the talentless blob cooking at our table. I will stop back by in the future to give this beautiful restaurant another chance. Sorry to leave such a low star review on a restaurant that obviously works very hard to be great.

Best Hibachi steakhouse I have ever encountered. High quality ingredients. High quality cooking. Will definitely return if in the area.

Food was 4 stars, but it was almost like taking a trip to the Mojave desert. I was always parched — a refill on my drink every now and then would’ve been sublime.

I had the lobster roll, the texture was a little off. I felt like the roll need something else but I couldn’t put my finger on it. The entrée I had the lobster fillet, it was excellent. The crab cakes were excellent. The seafood sauce had a blend of too much mayo. Our waitress My was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had. Waiting in bill now, I wish I would have been hungry enough eat all of this food.

Fake Japanese chefs, performance is ok, food is terrible, almost burned. If you want to taste traditional Japanese grill I suggest you find another place.

Went to this place for the 6 years I lived in Orlando!!! The food and service was always amazing!!! I always did the hibachi style seating for the show and good food. My go to every time was my Filet but the Steak & Chicken was always good too! Sweet Tea was amazing and anyone who knows me, knows I love get sweet tea wherever I go. As for alcohol ask for the Scorpion and thank me later! They are very polite and the prices are very reasonable, although on a happy hour you may just feel like your stealing so I would always leave an extra tip the bill was so cheap!!! I moved now so I will definitely be back to check them out when I fly in the area in the future!!! Highly Recommend this place if you want amazing food and amazing service with a show. Great for any special event such as birthday or special occasion dinners.

Went in and was happy to see that the place was fairly empty only a couple of people at tables. Sat down, and was brought water. Placed our order and waited. And waited… And waited… Over an hour later, one of our 3 ordered dishes came out. Followed by two other tables who were seated after ours. One other dish came out and the third never made it. We were told the kitchen was backed up. When we asked about the 3rd dish, our server denied that we ordered it and tried to laugh it off. We told her that we definitely ordered and she then told us that she took the 3rd dish off to try and speed things up. Amazingly she was super attentive for the last 5 minutes of us sitting there. My steak was great, but it was served with noodles, rice and veggies that were swimming(more than any Japanese I’ve ever had) in grease. Poor service and sub par food made this an overall bad experience. To top it off she brought us an orange with our check(that was served to every other table) and tried to pass it off as some sort of peace offering. Disappointed and a little disgusted with how this place turned out. Never again.

The food was delicious and the service was perfect. The waitress was very attentive without being overbearing. We ordered 3 sushi rolls, chicken dumplings and general gao chicken with white rice. My boyfriend loved the sushi rolls, which says a lot since he has never been a huge fan of sushi. The dumplings were full of flavor and the chicken was made with all white meat. Overall a very satisfying dinner and our favorite meal while visiting Orlando.

My wife and I were starving after a full day at Universal and not only did this place satisfy our stomach, but our taste buds too! The Tuna Tataki was a good appetizer with nice strips of seared tuna served with seaweed, roe, some wasabi and ginger. It’s almost therapeutic chewing into these tuna strips. The Kobe Noodles came in a mountain of lo mein noodles, with onions, carrots and well cooked chicken – perfect for my appetite at that time. The wife got the Beef Donburi and I gotta say her dish tasted better with an awesome combo of egg, tender beef and steamed rice, served with a side of stir fried string beans, zucchini, onions and carrots. I’m not sure how I finished the noodles, but I must’ve been really hungry! The service was good too as the waitress frequently checked for water and if we needed anything. For the price and portion we were definitely not disappointed. We’re glad we came here after a day at the theme park!

I just had a horrible experience, the food took a long time and then when they finally brought the food wasn’t what I expected, poor quality for the price and the weitress not helpful at all. I left the restaurant still hungry and very disappointed. I will never go back to that Kobe location, not even for free.

Excellent entrainment and dinner combination! I took the $ 40.00 dlls Mignon & Shrimp combination including onion soup & salad. Their«white sauce» & the $ 6.00 fried ice cream has no words! Simply you feel in Heaven! From 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday _Thursday Early Dinner Menu where the Sirloin & Shrimp combination is only $ 19.00 dlls and alcoholic drinks are 4.00 dlls. I rather have this option next time to save some bucks! They also will take $ 15.00 off if you are a graduate! This Kobe is across famous Universal Studios off of Kirkman Rd.

I like Kobe better than Benihana. It is also less expensive. The noodles are a nice addition to all the food you get. Late night(9pm) happy hour is amazing. $ 4 Sushi! $ 2 Bud Light! The sushi is really good too and worth it at full price and a great bargain for happy hour. The 2 for $ 32/$ 36 offer no longer is advertised, but they will send you a coupon for it if you sign up for Kobe Rewards, which you should anyway. Right now the coupon expires 4⁄30 so I hope they continue this offer. $ 36 for a Kobe trio for 2 people is a crazy deal considering how much food you get and the fun atmosphere here. Also, reserve a table online to reduce waiting.

First let me say that Patrick was an incredible host and server. We arrived sometime before 8pm and they were in a full blown rush. However we were seated immediately and our service was impeccable. We ordered drinks, house soup, and sushi appetizers and everything came out relatively quickly considering how full they were. Patrick apologized for the delay and brought us house salads on the house. I said he didn’t need to but he insisted. The kids ordered Kobe chicken with teriyaki sauce and fried rice. I ordered a platter of shrimp fried rice. It was all very good!

We went here last night to celebrate both my son and my birthday with my dad. We had such a good time and the chef we got was the best one we have ever had. We literally laughed the whole dinner and was thoroughly entertained. The chefs name was Eddie and we will request him from now on when we go. He loves to sing and knows quite a bit of songs, he would literally break into song in the middle of his demonstrations. It probably helped that we had some great people at our table last night, but all in all we had a great time. The food as usual was really good and more than enough to have some really good leftovers for today. Why is it that it tastes as good if not better the next day?

I was a bit hesitant to go all the way to four stars, but once we got past the ridiculously long wait, we had a great time. Our cook was Toyota(doubt that’s his real name)… he was hilarious and pretty efficient with the cooking. This was helpful since we didn’t get to eat until about 9:30/10:00pm and were all starving. The best part about Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is that they give you both a serving of fried rice and noodles so you don’t go home hungry! The quality of the meats and seafood were great.

My favorite Kobes to go to. Located in the heart of tourism this place is awesome it stays open late to help me get in late night sushi fix after a long workout. Normally if you don’t come with a big group or someone’s birthday I like to sit on the traditional dinning side rather than hibachi. This provides an quicker in and out and on with our lives option. And from here you can also order anything from hibachi menu as well. Servers are always great and telling me all about the drink specials here. Also I know the manager Mr. Hieu he is a great guy and seems to always have everything running great! Although this location has been renovated it’s note quite as nice as the others ones I’ve been to but this one is hands down better at service and food.

Insane amounts of food for two people for only $ 30! Drinks are great and nicely priced after 9pm also. Thank you Kobe for making our wedding dinner special! :):)
