I’m not going to write a review because I’ll be saying the same thing that everybody else said. Package was «delivered and left at front door» are you kidding me? I’m home all day hear no knock or anything. Don’t get notified when my «investigation» is over, just kind of expected to forget about it. Great business guys, hope all your orlando employees are enjoying other people’s purchased items.

Did not deliver a package to a home located within a gated community because a gate code is required. All items were returned to sender even though the code was asked for and obtained within 2 days. Thanks to this shipper’s using LaserShip, I am unable to order from this sender in the future.

Courier said, «left at front door». Upon calling, the courier said they left it in the mail room in the leasing office. Upon checking, the leasing office opens at 10am and they delivered it at 9:53am when it was closed and they did not have access. Common sense isn’t so common. So, what happened to the package? Left it on the sidewalk? The street? Gave it to someone walking by? Couldn’t call that «delivered» let alone «at my front door», the world is my front door?

This is the absolute worst shipping service. I actually cringe when I see that they are the service delivering my package. Absolutely awful, confrontational personnel. I was home when my package was allegedly delivered (I actually had the door open because of the beautiful weather). When I called to tell them the package wasn’t delivered, I was basically called a liar. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Amazon used lasership to deliver a package. Tracking said they attempted to deliver it. I was home all afternoon and never heard a knock, no note was left, and they didnt even leave it at the leasing office of the apartment complex like any other carrier would. They didnt even make an attempt to deliver it the next day. I had to call them (wait on hold) and contact amazon customer service to get them to (hopefully) deliver it tomorrow.

LaserShip was assigned as my courier for multiple Amazon Prime packages. They did not make a good first impression on my first package that was to arrive.
This is was three years ago and i still remember to this day the events that took place. Amazon had a guaranteed delivery date of a friday and provided a me a LaserShip tracking number. Friday came, i was at work where i was having the package delivered. The tracking was showing still at LS facility, so i called customer service who was nice enough to contact the local LS to check the status. She kindly told me that my package wasn’t going to be delivered until Monday since they don’t have any delivery guys delivering in my area that day. Since it was going to be the weekend and i wanted my package i kindly asked if i could just pick it up from their facility, she notified them that i was picking it up that day and so i went (drove from Waterford area to Millenia area in friday afternoon rush hour traffic). When i got there, it’s just a shell office with a loading dock. The team members that were there were very vulgar with each other, my guess is that they don’t get much customers walking in. They did sort of straightened up when they saw me standing there, but even the front receptionist didn’t seemed thrilled to see me. I told them who i was, provided my information and was kindly given my package.
All subsequent shipments delivered by LS to my office though seemed to have arrived after 5pm. Luckily we work past five, but i do have it noted on my Amazon account that this is a business address. So when i ordered stuff and saw LS was the courier, i pretty much didn’t wait in anticipation of my packages in case i was let down again. The delivery drivers by the way are pretty nice and professional every time i did sign off on my packages.
I haven’t had to deal with LS ever since the postal service took much of that load.

If there was an option to give them negative stars I would. This company hasn’t figured out how to do the one thing they advertise… ship a package. Terrible Terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and hassle. However I hold Amazon most responsible for using a 3^rd party shipping company like this when you pay for next day delivery.

Never on time. I order through Amazon at least once a week, so I’ve had many packages shipped through lasership, not once did they arrive on time. I pay a yearly subscription to get two day shipping, lasership always ruins that. Sometimes a week or more late. Awful company, Amazon needs to stop shipping with them!

Had to be one of the worse shipping companies out there. You go on Amazon and read reviews on there the majority of the 5000+ reviews of them and you will find a common thread. The lovely we tried to deliver to you but unable to do it and left a note on your door to contact us. Kind of like the line the check is in the mail.
You won’t receive your package on the time first quoted if you even receive it at all. Wish there was a way to find out who the companies you order from use them before you buy from them. Your see lazership you pretty much can kiss your money good bye till you get your refund.

Terrible service. They claimed they made a delivery attempt, they did not. I called their customer service line after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told they may attempt delivery again tomorrow — no guarantee.
I am not sure why Amazon are using such a terrible service and damaging their customer service record. I am supposed to get Prime 2 day, with Lasership in the process that is not occuring.
I would never choose or recommend Lasership, so many other companies that actual make deliveries in a timely manner.

Purchased an item from Amazon and they used this awful delivery service. Never again.
My item was supposed to be delivered today and by 8:30 pm I called because the company’s website still showed a status of «out for delivery» since 7:47 am. The person I spoke to told me the package would be delivered with the next 30 – 45 mins.
Nope.
One hour later, I called only to be told by someone who sounded as if I woke her up that the driver left because he didn’t have my gate code. I call bull (/​#%!
The gate has a directory and the driver could have looked me up by name to call from the gate. Now my package that was already one day late for deliver (the first day was Amazon’s fault) is now TWO days late.
I definitely wouldn’t use or recommend this delivery company. Its employee sound and behave in a less than professional manner.
UPDATE: One business day later and this carrier is still lying to me about delivering my package. This time, I called at 8:45 am and was told the driver was backed up with packages and would be making deliveries until 10 pm. Since it is now 10:02 pm, I guess that means I’m SOL once again. Good thing I wasn’t waitron life-​saving medication or equipment.
I reached out to Amazon and now this company is prioritized as the carrier of last resort. Trust me, if I could have had them banished from being selected for any of my orders I would have. If on the 1% chance this company shows up as a carrier for any future orders, I’ve already explained to Amazon they’ll have to offer another carrier alternative or I’ll cancel my order.
This company really needs to change its name to LiarShip. It’s been the one thing they been delivering on time and consistently. :-/

This is the second time I have ordered the same product from two different companies. Unfortunately they both use Lasership which is horrible. Both times their website advised «Attempted delivery, business was closed». The first time it was at 8:30pm and the last time was 6:30pm.
The company I ordered from most recently said I would have the product within 1 – 2 days. I called Lasership when their alleged attempt failed last night at 6:30 and they said it didn’t make it on the truck today due to the route being too full. Seriously? Now I have to wait for Monday, that is of course if they can get it on the truck then.
I will never order from any company again that uses this company for shipping. Pitiful!!!

I wouldn’t give them even 1 star. They have either lost my packages or delivered very late. Amazingly enough, they update their tracking status as delivered even when the package is not delivered.
This just didn’t happen with one merchant but a couple of them and always a bad experience.
Last week I ordered a top from a website and it was not shipped at all. And I couldn’t order again as it was out of stock. This really really sucks.
They never fail to fail. Horrible

I’d say the deliver correctly about 50−60% of the time. I always get my package (unlike some reviewers), but about half the time it is late. Worse, they’ll update the tracking number as «delivered» when it isn’t or will indicate that the business was closed when it wasn’t. Really just not a good experience all around.

This company has got to be costing Amazon so much money in lost packages. So far they have lost three for my household in eight months. Their customer support is so horrible at communication. They even hung up on me when I asked them why they loose so many packages.

They deserve ZERO STARS! They lie about the tracking of your package. Make false delivery attempts and then just indicate that your package has been «Lost». I talked with corporate, the general manager of the Orlando location and customer service and not a single person seemed concerned that my packages were not making it to my house. They have «lost» 3 separate packages over a span of 6 months. Unfortunately I don’t get to choose which carrier service Amazon uses but each time they have used Lasership to send my order, I’ve never received it. This company is stealing from consumers!

They are simply a HUGE. SCAM. I was given their number by a Sales Rep at a tile store in Orlando and later found out that this company isn’t one of their shippers! This sales rep is probably getting a chunk of money every time this place delivers something and an even huger chunk when they «lose» something.
I wish I could give negative 10 stars for that alone but here comes the customer service part!:
— I have never in my life had a customer service representative tell me to text her all of my information because she was busy.
— I do not like that when I told her I didn’t know how many pallets were to be shipped that she responded OVER TEXT with «Honey, that is customer should know if u plz thx» Like are you KIDDING me? I have never in my life had a business talk to me this way and I’m definitely not going to tolerate not letting other potential customers know to AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
— When I tried to call back to let them know I was calling another delivery service, they just STOPPED RESPONDING.
You’re not very good at running a scam, Lasership! We KNOW. And I hope you get shut down.
But you know what the cherry on top of all of this is? I called that sales rep back to ask for another delivery service number and when she asked why and I told her because of the awful, sketchy, and just plain rude treatment from Lasership, she called Lasership and told them what I said and then the customer service rep I had been talking to at Lasership CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME SHE WASN’T RUDE. Sure, lady. Keep telling yourself that.
First rule of customer service: The customer is always right.
Second rule of customer service: DON’T CALL BACK CUSTOMERS TO COMPLAIN THAT THEIR OPINION IS WRONG. IT WILL ONLY REAFFIRM THAT YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

Horrible shipper, missed first shipping deadline. We will see if they actually deliver today but based on other reviews I’m not confident that this company can actually deliver.

Had shipment to business address which receives mail from major carriers every day. Driver could not find address, said he called and left a messasge. No message was left! Returned package to sender. Horrible customer service!!!

Yet another $ 300+ package «lost» by Lasership. Awful company, I had Nespresso note in my file never to use this company again.
