Coffee is good, but not enough to justify the extreme arrogance. That’s the kind of place that makes you regret giving a tip in advance.

Very satisfying cup of cappuccino! It’s so good, I didn’t even need sugar. Really wish they had more locations.

I came to try the coffee and didn’t realize the location of this place. First time to the market and I definitely walked away with more than a coffee– which was amazing. They served me so well and patiently explained my options and helped find what I wanted to try. Love the atmosphere and the ability to sit outside and drink my coffee. Can’t wait to go bav

After a disappointing trip to a coffee shop in Mills, my wife and I headed over to Lineage since they were the source of the beans at the place we chose not to stay at. My wife wanted a Latte and I was in the mood for a Cold Brew. She went to the courtyard to get us a table and I got in line. The people I met in the line were very nice and the one gentleman I met was telling me about his trip to the place we chose not to stay at. He did not have flattering words about the owner but I thought he was exaggerating. After reading the comment attached to the review I left about my visit there, I believe he was not exaggerating NOW. Lineage is located in East End Market so you have a lot more than just coffee to eye up when you drop by. To me that is a good thing but then again I love to shop. I found a couple loaves of bread at Olde Hearth Bread Company even though I am supposed to be watching the carbs. I would blame it on my wife but that would be a lie… I simply had a weak moment… lol As for the coffee… Straight up… That was the best cold brew I have had thus far!!! The Latte my wife had was«Superb» according to her. As I was headed out the door with my hands full to join her, my clumsy oaf of a self spilled some of her latte but the latte art was still intact. I doubt I could do that again even if I tried… lol Great coffee and a market to shop… Yeah… It’s a winner in my book and I suspect it will be a winner in your book as well… A Florida Foodie

Great rich coffee. My favorite in Orlando. The staff is very friendly and we can get some pastry from the vendors inside East End Market. Great place for a coffee.

It’s the cutest little place located in another cute little place. I’m happy every time I come here. The coffee is on point and perfectly made each time and I enjoy chatting to the baristas during the process. It’s just perfection.

Order: White Cold Brew, Cappuccino Price: $ 3-$ 5 per drink Pros: Very cool set up, they roast their own beans, the white cold brew was very unique and incredibly good Cons: Very limited seating close by(though there is plenty outside of the market), slightly more limited drink options(though I kind of like the dedication to what they do best) Thoughts: I’ve tried A LOT of coffee shops and every time we travel my wife and I try to find a few new ones. On our recent trip to Orlando, Lineage made the list and I’m really glad it did. Its hidden away inside the East End Market(which is awesome in its own right), and it is very unique. First of all the décor is pretty sharp; its basically a stall in the market but they haven’t let that detract from the cool, white and black décor they’ve installed. They also have some very original drinks. I tried the White Cold Brew; its their cold brew coffee with milk, vanilla, and some spices that comes served in a glass bottle(think beer bottle). Its cold, sweet and absolutely delicious. They also roast all their own beans(off site) so they freshness of all their drinks is perfect. They do pretty much have no seating nearby, and while the market itself has plenty of outdoor seating, you will need to carry your drinks there. Not really a big deal but it would be cool if they had a few stools or something. Their drink selection is a little limited, which makes complete sense given their size but don’t go expecting a plethora of options. I really did enjoy Lineage and the Market overall. I would highly recommend anyone in the Orlando area stopping in for a visit, specifically if you love good, clean coffee. I’m sure that I’ll be back next time I’m anywhere nearby.

Best coffee in Orlando. If their espresso gets better(i.e. more complex), then they would stand a chance in NYC. Their pour overs are generally awesome. Occasionally, as with all pour over coffee spots, they get too busy and they neglect the process. Baristas are chill. They used to have a nice cinnamon sugar which I was all about.

There’s so much hype surrounding Lineage and it does not fail to meet your expectations! It’s a cute little coffee shop tucked away in the back of East End Market. So far I’ve only tried their Cold Brew and I love it! If you want something quick then definitely get the cold brew. They just pop open the bottle and hand it over. But I will definitely be coming back to try their famous pour over! Heard it’s the best in Orlando! Overall, I love sipping on my cold brew outside in the patio area. You can just sit there and relax. You’ll notice people coming in and out all the time grabbing food with their family, friends or coworkers. The atmosphere is comfortable and not too busy. The only drawback I have is their lack of a more noticeable menu. Being a first timer can be kind of intimidating. But the workers are friendly and will help you out.

Drinks: pour over is incredible. Cold brew was praised by Alton Brown and I agree, it’s that good. Espresso isn’t on the level of Volta, Bold Bean or Panther. Yet. But it is good. Overall: still my favorite coffee shop in Orlando. Oh and pick up a Olde Hearth pastry while you’re there.

I seriously don’t know how I haven’t reviewed Lineage before now. My apologies to everyone that works here. First of all the SERVICE: I’m gonna be honest this is something that can make or break a place for me, even if they have everything else going for them. In an age of pretentiousness and the«too-cool» mentality at a lot of coffee shops around America, Lineage stands out with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Seriously everyone I’ve come across that works there is so hospitable and helpful. The COFFEE is obviously top notch. If you talk to anyone who’s tried one of their many types of coffee they’ll tell you it’s some of the best in town! Love that they’re always getting new flavors/types in and that they know how to serve(and recommend) a superb cup. I drink Cold Brews all over the nation and love* coming back for their pre-bottled White Cold Brew — it’s in a class of it’s own! MISC: I also love that they’re in East End Market(a favorite Orlando location) and that they’re always doing things to partner with other companies and doing things in the Community. Ran in to them today serving coffee at Rifle Paper Co’s Sidewalk Sale and have been a part of a few coffee tastings they’ve done. ALLAROUND I can’t say enough good things about Lineage. I love finding places that I can become loyal to and this is definitely a favorite!

Coming from Miami, a city, or a culture, where coffee windows are the norm, Lineage is perfectly right up my alley. It is a simple minimalist approach to serving coffee, on the upscale, and also a good place to buy coffee beans to take home. The offerings are simple: a few drip systems and an espresso machine to make your espresso drinks(latte, cappuccino, etc). You come up to the counter, select 1) drip coffee, pick the beans that you want, they will grind them and brew them in any specific system you want. It is a no-brainer. Or select 2) your espresso drink. Just make sure you read the notes on the coffee, and this will improve your coffee experience in regards to tasting. I had read plenty about Lineage before I had a chance to stop by. Coffee is one of my latest obsessions, and whenever I travel I try to hit one or two roasters/coffee shops. I always prefer to stop by a place that roasts coffee, simply because all the other«cool» coffee houses will be brewing the roaster’s coffee. In other words, all the other«cool» coffee houses in Orlando and the vicinity will be brewing Lineage coffee. So, I just go to the source and skip the middleman. Also, and this may be just a personal problem of mine, I feel that roasters always brew their own coffee better than the other places. Just me. My first cup of Joe at Lineage was a coffee from Kenya, recommended by the staff, and I kid you not, this tasted like wine. I tasted it without sugar and that was it. It had a strong taste of plums and figs, it was just wine minus the alcohol. Wine for breakfast, hell, why not! After this experience, I always try to make a stop and pick up some awesome coffee from these kids. I go «whole beans» for dripping, versus the espresso roasts, just because notes are much more predominant and easy to pinpoint. It is just more enjoyable. Lineage is located in the back of the East End market. It is just a counter, and there are tables outside if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee under the Florida sun. This area is very hip, by the way, so don’t be alarmed if you get a lot of snarky or obnoxious remarks. Just laugh it off and get your one-two ready. Hey, is it time for you to buy a grinder and a better coffee dripper? Just saying… Lineage also offers cold brew coffee bottles, some t-shirts, and free hugs. Actually, I don’t know about that last one.

When I want to splurge for a well made cup of coffee, this place immediately comes to mind. You may wait a little longer for your cup of hot coffee(they use the pour over method) but know you’re getting a quality item handcrafted just for you. I’ve had their cold brew several times(both from here and Swine and Sons) and love the uniqueness of it being served in a beer bottle essentially. They’re only good up to 3 days so keep that in mind if you stock up on your next visit! I recently discovered I can stop here for coffee right as they open during the workweek and then swing by Old Hearth for a pastry. Perfect start to a workday!

Ask any local where to go for the best coffee and they will direct you to Lineage. These guys know their stuff. Stop by East End Market and head to the back for an amazing pour over. There are so many choices of coffee and the staff is happy to make a recommendation for you. Although they offer cream and sugar, it is rarely needed here. The service is personalized which can really slow down the line. It’s worth it, but just know it’s not a quick cup. One of my favorites is the bottled cold brew. You can get black or white and both are great. They’re brewed for hours and bottled so you can take them home. Bring back the bottles for a discount on your next coffee!

All I have to say is Cold Brew, which is pretty much heaven in a bottle. A four pack will cost you 15.00 and it is worth every penny. They have the option of the black brew or the white brew. Please note the white cold brew sells out pretty fast. The white cold brew contains local raw honey, organic milk and cane sugar, a splash of cream, with cold strong coffee. For an individual bottle it costs $ 4.50. I honestly consider myself a Cold Brew Addict. I love, love, love this drink. The staff is super friendly. This lovely gem of a place is nestled in the marvelous East End Market. Just walking into this place brings pure joy into one’s soul. This is craft coffee at it’s finest. Perfect way to start your morning!

I recently attended an event at East End Market, courtesy of Visit Orlando, filled with delectable samples from almost all of the shops located here. However, Lineage stole my heart with their coffee. Bottled with a touch of organic milk, organic cane sugar, raw honey, pure vanilla and heavy cream, their Cold Brew is seriously heaven-sent. I’m incredibly sad that I’m not local, because if I were, I’d be here every day with bells on.

Two words, Cold Brew. I have yet to try their espresso drinks but I’m quite confident they are done right. I buy a 4-pack of cold brew every time I stop by at Lineage. You save more money that way and have Cold Brew at your fingertips the next day. Make sure you save the bottle(s) because if you return them to Lineage they will deduct 0.50 cents off your next purchase. The staff is extremely friendly and chill. They also have beans available for purchase on site or online for those who make coffee at home. I will definitely buy a bag of beans next time to make my own cold brew at home ;)

I am in love with their cold brew! We usually pick up 2 cold brew whites and two cold brew blacks on Saturday to keep us caffeinated through the weekend. I’ve tried making my own, but it can’t compare. And make sure you save your bottles. You get a $.50 discount when you bring them back. Their pour overs are excellent too. They list their current offerings with helpful notes on the different flavor profiles. They always taste great on their own, no cream or sugar necessary. In fact, if I see you adding any, I will make sure to give you the judgement stare.(Just kidding… maybe).
