My wife just got off the phone crying after the simple task of requesting a refill of a medicine prescribed by Dr Ramon. She sees Dr Ramon for depression and had requested a refill a week ago, it turns out the due to a mix up on their part she will go without her depression medicine for a week. Leaving this gap of coverage is unsafe, since stopping this medicine abruptly could cause nausea, vomiting, nightmares, headache, and/​or paresthesias. Due to this practice’s perceived willingness to cause emotional and physical harm to their patient, we are looking into changing doctors.
