Great service in the store and good prices. Ask for Laticia she’s great.
The negative is that they can deliver your mattress the same or next day when they want the sale, if there is a problem with your mattress expect to wait to get it exchanged.
There was dirt and a tear when the mattress was delivered, the delivery person said to call the store and they would set up an exchange. When we asked why he couldn’t just take the damaged mattress he said that was the best way to do the exchange. We called as soon as the store opened and we could not get the exchange done that day or the next.
