Mend Family and Urgent Care

This is not a legitimate Doctor. I was told by one of their people that they accepted my insurance, then when I show up, they are actually «OUT OF NETWORK»! Then they tell me I will only be charged my copay so I went ahead with the appointment. NEXT, there is no privacy also anyone can hear my conditions through the walls. The person treating me was not a doctor but I was told I would see the doctor. And the so called nurse was in fact not even an RN. What a mess this place is. OH and when I showed up 10 min early, they were running 15 minutes late, but the so called app was supposed to tel me this and it didn’t! What a joke– find a different doctor!

I had a cough that wouldn’t go away but I’m a total workaholic and I’m always pressed for time available for outside errands so I was letting it linger for way too long. Which I’ll admit isn’t a good thing personally but Mend made things really easy for me to finally get myself taken care of. They have an app which I could’ve called a doc to me kind of like Über, however they also had a «No-​Wait» clinic in Baldwin Park area which wasn’t too far away either so I made a reservation. I luckily had to go some place close by, so I went there and BOOM, no wait. I actually got seen for the first time ever by a doc, right when I had an appointment!!! INSANE. Everything was clean, new and Marla their nurse and front desk was super friendly and helpful. I’m sticking to this practice for my health moving forward.

Mend just made my life ALOT easier! Having 3 kids at home under the age of 6, getting to the doctor’s office is a nightmare. It was amazing to have a team at my door within 40 minutes. I love that I can stay at home, get a quick response and not have to worry about taking my kids anywhere or getting childcare so I can see a doctor.

Mend is one of the best new ideas in Orlando. The fact that we ordered a doctor to our house by pushing a button on our phone was awesome. But the best part is the NP showing up 30 Mins later. The service they provide is exceptional and truly a time saver. I value time… this is a wonderful new business. Thank you MEND

Woke up on a Wednesday morning with two sick kids. Made an appointment on the app & had a doctor at my house an hour later. Both kids got tested for strep right in my home. We had strep & pink eye but we also got meds and didn’t have to wait days for an appointment or hours in a waiting room.
