One of the largest and absolutely the nicest Men’s Wearhouses I’ve ever seen. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking and a full staff. They have everything you’d probably need in the store just in case something is wrong with your order and the staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

This was the second Men’s Wearhouse I went to. The first one by The Loop in Kissimmee was a horrible experience. I’m glad to say the experience I had at this location with Ed was a completely different story. Ed listened and understood what my needs were. He provided incredible service. I got exactly what I wanted! If you are looking for a suit I highly recommend you go to this location and ask for Ed!!!

I had a wonderful experience. All of the employees were with customers so me and my fiancé just walked around looking. A gentleman approached within a few minutes and guessed my fiancé’s size, then measured him. Right on the nose. He then introduced us to the man who helped us. He was great. Within an hour we had two setups and a suit with vest. Today we go back for tailoring. I will update as the experience unravels but our first time there was a great experience.

I have had the same experience as Joshua did at this store. On two different occasions. The last one being yesterday. The store manager needs to be fired. The employees there ignore you when you come in. There were 3 customers and 4 staff in the store and not a single customer was being helped. Shame MW use to have exceptional service.

I have purchased a few suits from various Men’s Wearhouse stores in the past and I have had pretty good experiences. Unfortunately, that could not be further from the case this time. I know I was there when they were having their end of the year sale. I expected them to be fairly busy, but it was far from so busy that I should’ve gone unnoticed. I did not expect to stand in the store for over 45 minutes without having a single employee even so much as greet me. I know my way around the store. I went as far as to pick out the two suits I was going to purchase and pull them off of the racks. All someone had to do was process my purchase. I have been a loyal customer for several years now. This experience was bad enough to change that for the future as they made it clear to me that my business was not worth their time. Guess the dip in the economy hasn’t hurt them at all.
