I called Mr. Appliance when my washing machine wouldn’t drain. They came out the next day for a service call. Steve was prompt, knowledgeable, and not too thrown off by the hoops he had to jump through to get to my washing machine (very small space… had to move the dryer out of the way for access). The issue was resolved for what I believe to be a reasonable cost, and Steve gave me several great recommendations for maintenance and ultimate replacement moving forward. Will definitely call again when in need of appliance repair.
