Mr. Gyros

The neighborhood looks a bit shady but the gyro, wings, fries, rice, salad and gizzards were good and a good value for the money. The workers were courteous. Unilocal name does not match the signage so a bit confusing. I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 because the eating area floors were sticky and dust was on the window sills. Definitely better to drive through or take out.

2 starts for unseasoned fries, an ok gyro, and a confusing sign.
I’m not sure if the place hasn’t been updated on Unilocal yet or what but the sign above the restaurant read «Mr. Gyros». After I realized it was the right place I went in and ordered a classic gyro platter (the platter comes with either fries or a salad) I opted for the fries and I regret it. The fries were not crispy enough and had about two grains of salt per fry. The gyro itself wasn’t bad with a hefty portion of meat but also an overwhelming amount of lettuce.
I doubt I’ll ever return to this place. I can probably find better fries in the frozen section at the grocery store.

This is the only place we go for wings. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but they are good size wings (not rinky dinky like a lot of places) and the hot sauce is really good! You can get 6 wings and fries for $ 5.99 or 10 and fries for $ 8.99. They also have gizzards (yum) and gyros, seafood, and their desserts are really good especially their baklava! Even tough we are not on that side of town anymore, anytime we are near we always go and sometimes if the craving is bad enough we will even make a trip just to get, they are just that good!

if you haven’t had wings here, you missing out. delicious, the sweet tea is like candy haha it’s a great place any time, i like to go when like college basketball is on because it’s the kind of place where you can actually strike up conversation with random people watching game, unlike a buffalo wild wings where everyone to their own and its just so huge and loud. and definitely some good people watching there.

The best hot wings! Always make sure to get some when on this side of town. Good French fries too!

Only place in Orlando I order wings. Delicious. Haven’t tried anything else there, but the wings are a must try. Location is sketchy but it doesn’t bother me. Order to go if you want.

Wow! Just finished having dinner here and my dad and I were thrilled with the quality of food. Sure the neighborhood is a little sketchy, but trust me and look past that. We both had gyros with fries. Fries were perfect as other reviewer stated and gyro meat was so flavorful and seasoned just right. Pita bread was soft and chewy just great! Try it out. They stay open really late too 3−4am on most nights!

I love this place! I need it! It’s so good and so convenient. I’ll cry if they ever close. So please give it a try and if you agree give them your business. This is probably not the place to dine-​in with the kids. But, for takeout this place is awesome. We call our dinner order in at least once a week. It’s always ready in 10 minutes. The Fish, Fries and Salad meal is my favorite. It’s all good every time. Their salad is super fresh and the fries are perfect! Sometimes I get a Gyro and fried okra. Yum – Yum! My husband gets their gizzards and our sons get the chicken wings and subs. The owners/​employees are friendly and efficient and the prices are right! I would give this another star if they had a nicer area to sit and eat there. But personally I’m fine with picking it up and taking it home to eat in front of the TV. It makes for a great easy dinner night.

This is the only place I eat hot wings from, fresh and made to order. You would think by walking into this place that its food was nasty, small hole in the wall.
But the Wings Amazing, Gyros huge!, fries just the way I like it, fried not to hard, soft with their own seasoning on them.
Been eating there for about 2 yrs, wont eat wings any where else. And their lunch specials are affordable.
