No Limit Services

Unfortunately I am having the same problem as the other reviewer. I have a Half Off Depot coupon. I have followed the instructions on the NLS website for redeeming my coupon. It has been 6 weeks and no one from scheduling has contacted me. I did call to find out what exactly was going on with NO response. I have now contacted Half Off Depot to find out where to go from here. My voucher expires at the end of March. I found it a little odd that NLS would post a comment stating not to worry if you can’t use your coupon they will honor what you paid to add to services! What kind of non-​sense is that? It appears shady! I was actually thinking about regular service (they even ask you if you would consider regular cleaning) but I would never do that now — at least not with them! What a shame…

I would have to agree with Ryan. The only difference was that I could never get a hold of anyone in person and all of my 4 messages left on their answering service went without a response. I certainly can’t say if their cleaning service is good or not, as I never had the opportunity to try them!

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and they did not show up for the appointment. Could not get through to their office on any of their phone numbers. Would Not Recommend for any reason.

I first heard of NLS through its purchase using Living Social. It took a very long time to schedule an appointment. They are worse to wait for than the cable company. They also try to offer and solicit to the public deals not going through Groupon or Living Social and will give you vouchers in exchange for cash or cashiers check. BEWARE! James nor his assistant Josh will NOT follow up promptly nor execute what they negotiate. They will scam you! If you want your house to smell worse than prior to the services provided, poor customer service, and complete avoidance and accountability from the owner himself, then this is the cleaning company for you!!!

So I really wanted to like No Limit Services cleaning company and feel bad to have to write a negative review. I recently purchased their Groupon deal for $ 62 that offered 4 hours of cleaning. This past Thursday I called to schedule an appointment as instructed on the Groupon. I spoke with James who took my information and said someone from the scheduling department would call me.
Two days later, I had heard nothing, so I called the number back and spoke to James again. He said the scheduling department was behind, but there were only 18 customers in front of me to be scheduled. I asked him when he thought I would get a call back and he said if not within the next three hours, by Monday. Well it’s Thursday and I have not heard a peep from the elusive scheduling department, which perturbs me. I called Groupon and received a refund for my purchase on the condition that the business did not follow through on their promised services as agreed upon.
I would just like to say to any business providing services via Groupon — be up front and honest. If you have no intention of calling a customer back in a timely manner, then tell them. If you cannot handle the number of Groupons you are selling, then cap your offer. If you can’t give your customers 100% great customer services and run a Groupon offer at the same time, then it’s not worth it.
Edit: Jason W. is clearly someone from the company. Maybe they should invest more time in scheduling appointments then writing fake reviews.
