Two stars because they were polite. We rented a truck for an out of area move. It was to be ready be 10 am. We got the truck at 1:30pm, and pulled into our new place after dark. This may have been because the previous renters returned it late, but we were not kept informed. In fact, they claimed to have no idea what happened. They also made no effort to call another dealer, to get us our truck earlier.
