The set up in the store is not great at all. The aisle are way to small and the line where the cash registers are is one of the aisles. The store is not organized at all and always looks like a tornado has just been through. Clothes never seem to be on the racks or folded. The lines are long no matter what time you go in there and the prices don’t seem to be much cheaper than going to the regular old navy store. I never go out of my way to go to this store. Since it is in a factory outlet that I like other store in, I go but not for this store. Not worth the headache.

Eh… I could take it or leave it. I know it’s supposed to be an outlet, but to me most of their prices seem about the same as their regular store prices. This store is large and is usually fairly busy when I’ve been. The good thing about this outlet is that parking is always a breeze compared to that other huge outlet down the road.

This outlet plaza was not packed, as the one located on International Drive. Not much selection, but I did find some cute items, such as: Mocasons and Three V-​Neck Shirts. $ 45.00.
But there was two cashier ladies, they kinda took their time checking out people. There was a long line.

This old navy is always full of deals! The lines are not long and the parking is great! The customer service was ok, no one really asked if I needed help but I was ok with that.

I’ve been here a few times and have had positive experiences. I will warn that it is rather busy because of the tourists but the sizes and selection are probably the best for the area. Unfortunately this means narrow aisles and jampacked racks and shelves that are hard to browse through. So you definitely have to see the silver lining.
On my recent visit, I noticed a dress I liked on a rack but it was not my size. An associate in the dressing room was happy to show me where the rest of the dresses were located. I was pretty impressed with her upbeat and helpful attitude considering what a madhouse the store was. So props to her!
All I can say is to walk in with loads of patience and you’ll be just fine.

I’m not a big fan of Old Navy but this is one of the cleanest and most organized stores I’ve ever seen. Even the clearance section, which usually resembles something out of the movie «Twister,» was neat and orderly. Friendly employees and well stocked. I’m a fan.
