I had so bad experience about this store, just for all your viewers easy to read I just list what’s really bad as below:
They just keep you wait in the store
The doctor gave me wrong prescription first time
When they remade my eye glasses it took almost 4 weeks
When glasses it’s ready they never contact me
Why I go over there? because close to my apartment?
But never go there again I don’t care how much it’s cheaper than others

On the plus side: they said my glasses would be ready «in about a week». My glasses were available for pickup in exactly one week.
I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes.

I was not a fan of this location at all, if you have to deal with them because of insurance like me, I would go to the Winter Springs location, the staff is much nicer and you will be in and out in less then 2 hrs.
This location seems like it is always really busy. The receptionist behind the appt check in was not nice at all and kind of rude. We went there because we had an appt, but about a week before it, my son broke his glasses, so we needed to get in right away. As we were leaving another associate offered to call their Winter Springs store and was able to get us in.

The place is big but unwelcoming. I came in for my sons annual eye exam but no one greeted us when we walked in and we had to wait almost an hour before we were seen by the doctor. Very disappointed. We went last year and it was way different. It looks like they renovated the place, but customer service sucks.
