Thank you for a rewarding experience with your company. I went roundtrip from MCO to Port Canaveral Fl. Had no problems with the company. Once I was on the cruise, I found that my departure from the ship would be in conflict with my pickup time. I asked my husband to call and reschedule. There were two other ladies who was on the shuttle with me on the arrival to Port Canaveral and I knew their pickup time was 9:30am. You rescheduled for me To go back to the airport at their pick up time thus making one trip cover the 3 of us. Both drivers (I only remember Edwin’s name were professional and most courteous. They are assets to your company. Thanks for a stress-​free trip. I will most definitely use you again. Kathy M

I had a great experience with this company. Driver was originally from NYC. was there on time. they waited for us the plane landed a little late. same thing on the way back ½ the price of transfers the cruise ship’s charge!

I made reservations for my group of 5 to be picked up from MCO to be taken to the Disney ship in Port Canaveral. I called them 15 minutes before pick-​up to ask where the shuttle is parked, but was told it was on its way. At pick-​up time I called again and was told the shuttle is running behind and wouldn’t arrive until 45 min. after the scheduled pick-​up time and that I would receive a call from the driver once he arrives. At 1 hour after the scheduled pick-​up time and no phone call, I called the company and was told the driver was waiting for me at a certain spot. I complained that I never received a call and my group hurried over to the meeting spot. We arrived at the port 1 hour after the time scheduled. On the return trip, Edwin did a great job calling me 30 min before pick-​up time. We arrived at MCO at the scheduled time. Next time, I will use a bigger company like Travelynx, which has shuttles that come every hour.

Originally we would have given this shuttle service 2 stars for being over an hour late picking us up from our hotel in Orlando until we realized the circumstances. We had a morning pick up of 10:30 A.M. and we were not picked up till 11:40 which still got us to the port in plenty of time to be on our ship before 3:30 P.M. The shuttle service was delayed, waiting for people to disembark from the ships. This made them late getting back to pick us up in Orlando. When we got to the port, the reason for the delay was due to the port having a fire drill. Nothing the shuttle service could do about it!
Our driver was apologetic, drove safely and got us there as quickly as traffic would allow. On the return trip, the shuttle was right there waiting for us.
We would recommend using this shuttle service.
I would suggest that you have their contact number so that if they are more than 30 minutes beyond the pick up time, it will help you know where your driver is.
(In their paperwork, they ask for a 30 minute window due to traffic issues)

Wow. Well first off, our pick up from the airport was smooth. Our driver was super early as it seemed that there was a miscommunication in our arrival time.
The worst part was our scheduled pick up. Our agreed time was 9 am. Apparently, they thought it was 10:30. Okay, so we waited in the sun for some time until I decided to pester the operator again since my driver was not answering his phone. 11 am rolls around and the operator informs me that their van broke down. Great! Now all the other shuttles left and we are completely stranded at the port. If their van broke down, they could of at least told us they’d be late instead of leaving everyone (including their operator) in the dark.
Never again! Next time I’ll spend a few more bucks and get the official cruise line shuttle to transport us!

Based on the previous review for this shuttle company, I went ahead and booked a round-​trip shuttle from MCO to Port Canaveral for me and my boyfriend for our cruise recently. The pluses included: easy booking process, fair price, good communication between you and the company when you call (which includes short wait times and easy to find directions to the shuttle pickup spot), and the drivers are friendly, accommodating, and efficient. But do note that if you’re coming from a more rushed residential area (such as Chicago, like myself!), do note that they run on «island time» — meaning, a minute really means about 15 minutes or so.
Downsides — If you’re right on time, they may still have to wait for other customers, which if the other customer doesn’t return calls or answer when the driver is looking for them, causes a delay to those who are punctual. And since it’s a small company, there are not many times that the shuttle runs — you will sit at the airport and see many other shuttle company cars whiz past you while you wait.
All in all, if I use this company again if I’m out towards Orlando, I would perhaps book an earlier shuttle so that way I look «on time» when I am running on real time, and maybe even give a wider berth for the shuttle time if I want to catch a flight.

Ordered a round trip for 2 people for our cruise. Leaving from MCO, going to Port Canaveral cruise terminal. I was a bit skeptical because I could not find any reviews. But the price was right, and I thought that if anything, I can take a cab.
Experience was effortless and pleasant. Driver showed up in a van saying «Cruise Transportation» so it was a bit of a challenge to identify them. They loaded up bags and off we went.
Driver was fairly safe, I did not notice him exceeding speed limits. Got to port on time.
Ride back was easy as well. I was a bit cautious, and chose pickup time later, just in case cruise ship ran late, or any disembarkation difficulties. Instead of waiting under hot sun, I got a call from a driver, saying that he can pick us up earlier if we wished. I took that offer, and we were back in airport in no time.
I would definitely book them again if I am in Orlando area. Price was 2x cheaper than a ripoff from cruise line, vans in a good shape, with great air conditioning. Drivers act and dress professionally. I got a feeling that it was a top notch outfit.

Awesome service, quick to pickup. New clean cars. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
