Painted Oaks Academy

Went to Pumpkins and Ponies. They advertised Hayride for 5 tickets. Purchased tickets for hayride for three children. Got to the hayride, was told it’s $ 5 cash only. Went back to ask for exchange. Was informed no refunds as the tickets could be used for other things. This is called «bait and switch» and it is illegal under FL Law. Further, the same gentleman who refused to refund began screaming at children (at the time a bunch of 2 – 5 year olds) for mixing together their paint (each were given a paper plate with dabs of 3 paint colors and a mini pumpkin to paint) when painting pumpkins. After ranting at parents for not taking control of the project and just allowing children to mix their paint (they are kids!), he started shouting at teenage volunteers for not forcing children to «paint properly». I was absolutely disgusted. Terrible treatment of children, volunteers, and customers.
