This Pei Wei location is great! They are usually busy so I call ahead if I am getting food to go and it is ready when I get there. The food is delicious and staff is awesome. Brittany and Ebony are always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is good or suggest something new. I would definitely recommend visiting this Pei Wei if you are looking for quality Chinese food!

Very disappointed in our meal this evening. I ordered kung pow with wok steamed shrimp and brown rice and my husband ordered chicken dan dan noodles. Both dishes should have been spicy but they didn’t have any flavor except for being salty. They weren’t spicy at all. We were very disappointed in our meal.

Meh. Fast casual mall food court quality. Nothing horribly bad, but definitely a solid average in taste. Don’t recommend sushi as it’s not fresh. Looks like its prepared early in the day and sits in the fridge. It’s the same price as publix though so I guess I can’t complain. Probably wouldn’t return.

First time here and from the door i was impressed cause of the cleanliness and look. I mean this particular one is in the mighty celebration built by disney so im not surprised. But the food tasted really clean it wasnt that deepfried going to bed i hate life felling you get from certain foods. All and all nice expirience. Would give it 5 stars im just not the biggest asian food fan.

Locally I can not find a good family Chinese restaurant so I love to go to Pei Wei most times that I am craving Chinese. They have friendly staff and the food is always delicious and honestly lasts me 2 meals. I normally get Pei Wei Spicy and pay to upgrade the rice to fried rice and every time it is absolutely outstanding. I usually get extra sauce for my rice, and they are always happy to hook me up with a large side of sauce. My only complaint is about their edamame which is either skimpy, under-cooked or overly soggy. The worst thing about anything in the plaza is that it is EXTREMELY difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and is often the reason that we will go somewhere else instead.

We got into Orlando kind of late Friday night and had a tired and hungry 7 year old. This is near our resort and our go to place for quick Chinese back home in NC. We ordered our favorites and sent grandpa to go pick it up. We were very surprised by how much less flavor and sauces were in our favorite dishes. All the meats were dry. We expected consistency across a chain, but guess we were wrong. We won’t be eating at this location again.

Sadly Pei Wei is no longer an option for me. This is clearly a fast food joint more interested in getting people through their revolving door than the satisfaction of the clientele that comes to enjoy their food. Why? Many of the items are pre-made and therefore cannot be changed. For example their lettuce wraps, there is no Tofu choice, just chicken. When I asked they told me that in fact it is pre-made. Fine. I will eat something else. but… their actual Vegetarian choices are also super limited. I understand a lot of the sauces have fish sauce in them, but why not skip the fish sauce a bit? I cook Asian at home without it, there are easy alternatives. Now here is the kicker… I recently found out I cannot eat Gluten. No, not«I am on a diet bandwagon because it is cool», I really CAN’T eat it. So we went today for lunch, asked for their Gluten-Free menu. Guess what? Their«gluten free friendly» restaurant is anything but. They have 5 items on the menu. Really? For a place that serves SAUCES with rice you would think the choices would be limitless, there is no need to add all that gluten to the sauces. Read: lazy cooking. But fine. I ask the guy if I can have one of the items with Tofu instead of Chicken or Shrimp he said no. Just no. The menu is what it is, that if it isn’t on there it isn’t gluten free so no. Not nicely either. I am sorry young man that you find my questions a hassle. Let’s hope you, your future wife/husband or kids don’t ever have this to live with, but guess what, some of us do and you are just being mean. My only option? A salad. And in case you were going to go to their online menu, trust me, the actual one in the restaurant didn’t have that many options. It was a card with five items on it. So here is the deal, if you have NO allergies or health issues and don’t care what you eat, sure come on down. If you have allergies or other health issues that limit you AND you care about what you eat then your option is… a salad. Out of the WHOLE menu, gluten free vegetarians(I am not vegan either btw) have one option. Oh, with a side of attitude from the cashier.
