Tried it a few weeks after it opened in early 2015 and it was truly good. Great ingredients and fast service The goat cheese and bacon were well done. Would recommend

I’ve been to this mall many times over the past fifteen years, and it has always been deserted. But I hadn’t been there since it changed to Artagon, so I was surprised to find… that it’s still deserted. Be that as it may, this is an excellent pizza spot. You place your order at the counter and supervise as they assemble your pizza and run it though a conveyor oven, a process that only takes a few minutes. The resulting pizza is on a thin, tasty crust. What’s really nice is that for about $ 8 you can put up to six ingredients on. Usually extra ingredients are ridiculously expensive, so I love this build your own approach. That said, I decided to go with one of their featured recipes, the“Goofy Foot.” I’m not sure what a sauceless seafood pizza has to do with where you put your feet on a skateboard, but it was delicious. The combination of cheeses, mahi, shrimp, basil and chili oil really went together. My only complaint was that for some reason – probably the amount of moist ingredients – condensation immediately began to form under the crust, and I had to keep moving it around to keep it from dissolving. I’d like to experiment with ingredients and see if there’s a way to get a truly crispy crust. Everyone in our group absolutely loved their pizzas, and said they’d like to return. That shouldn’t be a problem, as there will likely be no lines.

Yo! This just made the top pizza I’ve ever had! I really wasn’t expecting it! So I had spicy sauce! First time! I had pepperoni sausage olive pineapple shimp and spinach. The size of the pizza was just right! Not to much but definitely not to little. Some personal pizzas are just to little. I’m from California and hate we don’t have these

Good pizza for a good price. Taking the subway approach of building it in front of you and it bakes in 4 – 5 mins is great. The quality is good and you can get a personal pizza and drink for a good value. A must try if you go to the Artegon

The pizza here is amazing. I was surprised of how fast they make the pizza and it tastes pretty good. I got a vegetarian option that I built myself and was delicious. The service was great and they invited me to come back, which I will definitely do.

I REALLY like that I can get a custom pizza this quickly. PLUS, they have GLUTENFREE Pizza crusts. I loved the Farmer’s Market Veggie pizza, btw. They aren’t stingy on the toppings here, I can tell you that! The tables outside the Pizza place are good for people watching(IF there’s anyone at Artegon shopping… poor vendors! I don’t know how they survive here.). BUT you can also do what I did and take your Pizza with you down to Gods and Monsters, the big comic book store. There they have tables, video games, and a BAR. So you can eat your Pizza with a glass of beer or wine, something Pizza @ Artegon doesn’t offer. Just a helpful tip. ;D

Would I recommend this place to anyone? Sure would. The Mexicali pizza was to die for and the brownies? Wow!

Americans eat about 100 acres of pizza a day which equates to about 350 slices sold per second. The types and combinations of pizza are endless, from Chicago to New York and every region in-between, America serves up some pretty incredible pies across the country. And while build-your– own-burrito and burger places cover the food scene, the pizza version of Chipotle has yet to emerge into the mainstream. Locally though, the growing franchise Pizza@ is popping up all over Orlando from Artegon Marketplace to Downtown Orlando later this year. Pizza@ was founded in 2014 as one of the first fast casual pizzerias in the area. With big 13×6 inch pies and over 6 billion possible topping combinations, Pizza@ allows you fully craft your own pie from a wide array of ingredient and dough options. Ready in approximately two minutes, these large pizzas are made under the care of the owner and his family. It’s always refreshing to meet someone that enjoys their trade, and it’s evident that co-founder Johnny Peterson is passionate about sharing his pizzas with Orlando. We’re anxiously awaiting the opening of Pizza@ Lake Eola as the fast casual options downtown are severely limited. In the meantime, we visited their location at Artegon Marketplace and sampled a couple of pies last week. In addition to a build-your-own menu, the restaurant also offers a number of menu items to order directly. Here’s what we tasted and enjoyed last week: Artegon Ana: Named after Johnny’s wife, this white pizza is covered with mozzarella, sausage, artichokes, chickpeas, feta, truffle oil and a white Alfredo ricotta sauce. A departure from your typical red sauce pizza and the truffle oil was a nice touch of flavor. Classic With a Kick: Flooded with tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni and basil with dash of spicy chili oil. With endless possibilities and crispy crusts, Pizza@ is serving up some much needed fast casual pizza! So get ready downtown Orlando, personal pizzas are coming your way soon.

Dang this is pretty good! Chipotle of pizza. Located in the Artegon Marketplace so I stopped by after I got some shopping done. Super quick and efficient experience. Make your own pizza is just a brilliant concept. Steps: 1. Dough 2. Sauce 3. Cheese 4. Toppings 5. Proteins 6. Finishes I went with Whole Wheat, Classic Tomato, Mozzarella, Red Onion, Mushrooms, Meatballs, and topped it with Truffle Oil. It was delicious. The perfect portion for lunch for 1.

This place is a real hidden gem! You have the option of deciding between one of their combination pizzas or creating your own all for a really low price! The whole process only takes a couple minutes and you have your own personal pizza(good sized to!). A real surprise and somewhere you have to try! They even have a breakfast pizza which is so good!

I like the concept. It’s like a Quiznos setup. They build the pizza in front of you and then run it through a conveyor oven. My pizza had a slight after taste. It may have been one of the toppings I selected. Pizzas are personal size. I like the fact that they offer a wheat crust.

Happiness is gluten free pizza! The ingredients are so fresh. The people are so nice. I’m impressed. The cool thing is that it is located in the Artegon Marketplace, a market where local artist and crafters sell their wares. Great shopping and great food. I suggest the Artegon Ana. Its a white pizza with unique toppings like chick peas, artichikes, and truffle oil.

Located in the Artegon Marketplace, they make your pizza in a couple minutes. Sooo I built my own and went overboard on this one– blended cheese, pepperoni, sausage, chicken, mahi mahi, green peppers and mushrooms. It went through the oven in about 2 minutes and then I decided to top it off with some more toppings– garlic, feta, basil, and truffle oil which were all free. I guess I was hungry so wanted everything I could possibly fit on it. The crust was thin and good. The pizza as a whole was good except I probably won’t get mahi mahi next time cause it was a bit on the dry side. Six toppings you choose for a little less than $ 8. I like this place, fast convenient and you can take a nice stroll around the marketplace afterwards.

I love the fact that I can come to Pizza @ Artegon, order a personal-sized pizza and have it baked fresh right before my eyes. They have tons of toppings ranging from traditional to the unique. Service is lackluster at times, but otherwise they are a friendly bunch. I highly recommend adding truffle oil to any pizza you decide to try. If you’re visiting Artegon, give this place a chance. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

This weekend, my family and I began craving the Pizza @ Artegon so since I had to pick up something at the Marketplace Framing, I visited this establishment and ordered two pizzas. This review is not based on the Pizza but on the service or should I say lack of service. I’ve decided not to call her out and I wasn’t going to write this but this business has no other form of contact. I looked on their website and on Unilocal and there is no email or private message options. I continue to be a big fan of the pizza and the concept but unfortunately the service was non-existent yesterday. When I approached the counter, she did not greet, smile or even say a word. I stood there and she just looked at me with a face like she didn’t want to be there. I told her I wanted 2 pizzas to go and she assumed I wanted white bread and red sauce and she began to prepare it. I asked for eggs on one of the pizzas and she said«we’re out and we need to make some». So I chose other toppings and they were both placed in the drive thru oven. Another customer’s pizza came out prior to mine and as she prepared to place it in the box, one of the slices fell face down on the prep counter. I thought to myself, she’s going to have to make another one now but I was wrong, she grabbed the slice and threw it in the box. I found that to be unhygienic considering it was not spotless and there were pices of food on top. Thankfully that wasn’t mine because I would’ve asked for a new one. When my pizzas came out, they went into the box without a problem and after I paid, I didn’t get a thank you or any type of dialogue for the exception of «you can grab your own cup of soda». I’ve said it many times in my reviews, it’s not all about the food, it’s also about customer service. I felt I was a burden on this employee because she had to do her job. Some people don’t realize how far a simple smile can go or a simple how are you today or just a plain thank you. Like I said, I really love this concept so I’ve only deducted one star for lack of service.

I really like the concept it’s a subway style pizza place. I really like their toppings and I also like how fast they pump out the pizza. Besides all the normal pizza toppings, they also have things like Shrimp, Capers, and Egg. There are also ‘finishers’ that they can put on after they cook your pie like arugula and infused oils(truffle?) to round out the flavor to your personal pizza. The cheese is really good and the ingredients are very fresh. But I have to say I was not a huge fan of the crust(it’s not crispy). This place is inside Artegon where there are a lot of other shops. In all, I recommend if you are in the area and want pizza come here.

Great concept in pizza, it’s like Subway for pizzas. I had the chef inspired«Bangkok Jonny» and it was delicious. Recipe was made by celebrity chef Jeffrey Jew from Top Chef. My friend created his own with bacon, Sausage and pepperoni. The crust is crisp and the sauces are unique. When you’re near the outlet malls it’s worth a stop in.

I stopped in for a bite to eat on a recommendation of a friend and Pizza @ has no become my favorite pizza of all time. I created my own pizza(wanna be chef), a take on a Hawaiian pizza — whole wheat dough, white sauce, mozzarella, green peppers, ham and pineapple of course then I added smoked pulled pork(think luau) and mahi mahi a delicious Hawaiian fish. Front start to finish it took about 4 minutes to finish. Service was friendly and staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I am not sure when they are coming to the Tampa area but sign me up to be on the list. In the meantime I will be finding more reasons to visit Orlando just to stop by Pizza @ — my new White Castle!

This place is really unique. I’ll admit, I’m kind of boring when it comes to pizza, and they’ve got that covered. But the more adventurous type will also find lots to try here. Shrimp, prosciutto, hummus, mahi mahi, truffle oil. The list goes on. Choosing your toppings take awhile, but the cooking process is really quick. The pizza goes through an oven like they have at Quizno’s. The staff is friendly and accomodating. They’re a good fir for Artegon Marketplace.
