Pizza is so-so, they use canned mushrooms and the pizza isn’t really that fresh unless you get cheese. Also, beware of the nasty pizza nazi! She will be sure to yell at you and will make you feel unwelcome/uncomfortable while you are dining! Hope you’re reading this pizza nazi!

I decided to come here last night after hearing good things about their pizza. There are a lot of pizza & burgers places in downtown Orlando which I regret missing out on after eating here. The pizza is cooked earlier in the day & then stacked on top of each other in the display case(which had a layer of film on it & gunk in the corners). The pizza is rewarmed upon ordering & comes out cold. My cheese & toppings were still hard, not melted. My friend wanted to return her slice because it wasn’t good and was told by the owner that he can rewarm it but can’t refund it. She had already bitten off the slice, meaning that he wanted to put a pizza that had been contaminated back into the oven where other customers pizza were. If that doesn’t make you think twice then I don’t know what will. Hopefully he never does that for a guy with an infectious disease. Think twice, might save ya life. You’re better off with digiorno’s.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would! This place is downright disgusting and the customer service is the worst. After being coerced to trying this restaurant out by the«rent-a-cop» standing at the door. We unfortunately did not know what we were getting ourselves into. I ordered 4 slices of pizza for $ 18. They were Luke warm to the point one of my pizzas was completely cold as if their oven is broken. As I was waiting the owner made it apparent he would not give me a refund for his lousy, cold slice of pizza. BUT would greatly take it back and ‘reheat ’ it up. WHEREISTHESANITATION?! I’ve already taken a bite off of it and you want to reheat it in the same oven that you’re hearing up present guests foods?! Disgusting! The tables were all dirty on top of that. Here’s the kicker, he had us kicked out when we refused to have the slice reheated?! He told us and I quote, «I make 5000 pizzas a day and you’re the only one complaining!» So if you make 5000 a day then what difference would it make to give me a refund or not. These people are racist and I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDANYONEEATHERE! Unless you want food poisoning, cold pizza, nasty customer service, from a filthy establishment. WORSEPIZZAINMYLIFE!

This is by far the best pizza in Downtown Orlando, maybe even Orlando as a whole! Delicious pizza with unbearable crust. Great and funny employees. It’s not the cleanest place but the great food makes up for it. Many different styles and flavors of different people to buy. Many options of food other than pizza too. Definitely check this place out when in Orlando.

An example of how some«hole in the wall» places can really surprise you. This is the only pizza place we will go to when downtown(we have gone to others so we can fairly compare). Whether it’s a slice after a night of drinking or a whole pie, they never disappoint.

I really enjoy find small, local places where people are nice and authentic. I do not care if a place is big, small, fancy or a hall in the wall, meanwhile I find 3 things, good service, great food and a clean place. I decide to write my first reviews to planet pizza, because I love this place, I really like their pizzas(chicken bacon ranch and bbq chicken). I come here any moment I can. I always recommend it to my friend and they never let me down.

I’ve traveled the country, and I have found Americas best pizza . Take a plane and fly here if you have to ! We came here twice in one day ! We tried every slice between myself and the group I was with. It was amazing. You order the pizza and they put it in the oven to make it warm again before its served to you . They have a million different slice options(see attached picture). Their white pizza and the buffalo chicken with some ranch drizzle were my favorite . Even their crust is amazing ! It’s a medium rise between a thin and pan crust. Not over seasoned, cooked perfectly . Lots of drink options as well ! Seating available inside.

Hands down, THE best pizza in downtown Orlando! Always friendly and always tasty! Love this place for more than late night drunk munchies!

Planet Pizza is. .. ok. I didn’t find it exceptional in terms of the quality of the pizza nor the service, but it was ok. It’s clear they do the majority of their business on hungry kids coming out of the bars and clubs and therefore having the highest quality isn’t really necessary. They do however have a good variety of different pies at least and while their interior space is small and crowded, it’s cozy in a sense and a decent place to woof down your slice of pizza. Plus, it’s popular with local skaters so I’ve met some cool people there. But overall, there is better pizza to be found – even late at night – such as Gitto’s which is like two blocks away or even less.

Hungry I was, a slice was needed. On the way to get something at the nearest liquor store I saw Planet Pizza and thought«I’ll be back«terminator style voice in my head. Stopped in on my way back and got a slice of the BBQ chicken, hot, crunchy and fluffy, delicious. Now I’m in the mood for more, shame it’s so far away. Friendly service and yummy pizza, just what I needed.

Finally, a by-the-slice pizza spot that I like! This has been an ongoing mission for me during my lunch hour. I have been to several other walk-in pizza shops downtown and by far this is the best one. It is just as tiny as the others but at at least this one has seating and it’s less congested due to its location. Planet Pizza was recommended to me by a co-worker and I’m so happy I went. The staff is super friendly and personable. The minute I walked in the door they took my order and started asking me about my job, what my plans were for the weekend, as well as telling me about the pizzas they have. It had that family-friendly feel. I ordered the white pizza, my first white pizza that is, and it was very good. The crust was just thick enough, the pizza was fresh, and had just enough fluff(if that makes sense), lol. After eating my white pizza I learned I am a traditional pizza girl, I need the sauce! BUT, this place is great. Annnnnnnd, they are open late night! Who doesn’t get a late night pizza craving every once in a while? I’m glad to know they will accommodate my needs. If you are searching for they best by-the-slice pizza spot, don’t look any further! Stop in at Planet Pizza — you won’t regret it!

Not a a huge fan. With several late-night pizza spots downtown, you can find a much better place.

When in a pinch, they are triangle shaped dough with toppings and sauce, but they are not here for the taste. They prey on drunk 21 year olds coming out of the bars and over charging for a slice pizza. My pizza is usually cold and the toppings are an after thought. Of course, it is here to help sober folks up, and not here to win a taste contest. If you want tasty slice of pizza, go somewhere else, but if you need to get something in your belly before your trip home, it does an okay job.

Super greasy pizza that’s short on taste, so you need to load up on parmesan/crushed red pepper/garlic. Planning on stealing the shakers? Oh no, my friend. These are chained to the counter. Go elsewhere with those ambitious plans. It’s thin crust style which I prefer but on the small side compared to the typical pizza by the slice I’m used to(NY/Boston). $ 3(Cheese) — $ 5(Toppings) per slice. They have quite a few pies ready made that they just reheat when you order a slice. No idea how long they’ve been sitting out. Very small location w/minimal seating. This is more geared to the bar hopping crowd that stops by to grab a slice to go. Open til 3:30am everyday

I’m not even sure if this pizza was good as I have no recollection, but it must have been pretty darn good considering the amount of times I went in one night. This was the most affordable pizza we found in the area. It wasn’t cheap by any means, it was just cheaper than others. This place is incredibly small. The seating is limited, so if you’re hammered, good luck! You’ll most likely be eating outside with all the other drunks.

Whenever I step out of the bars on this block, it’s the eternal question: pizza or tacos? You may not get seating, the oregano may be shackled down, but you’ll always get consistent late night pizza here that you can fold in half NY style — and sometimes at 2am that’s all that really matters.

Decided to try this place as it’s very near my work and I was craving pizza. The only other time I’ve tried this place was when I was very drunk one evening. Ordered 2 slices– a white and pepperoni/mushroom. Positives: huge slices and decently priced(under $ 4 per slice). Negatives: They were lukewarm and tasted like they were sitting out for quite awhile. Kind of gross actually. I couldn’t even finish either slice. I guess this place is good only when you’re hammered otherwise I would never go back.

Hot and steamy, soft and cheesy, with a crunchy crust to end it off is my kind of pizza late at night after an amazing time at the club. Well, that’s when it’s best for me of course. But you might like it in the middle of the day when the crowds are a lot calmer and sober. This is one of my go to pizza places when the munchies strike after brewing up a sweat on the dance floor. It’s open late so if you are hungry and it’s after two in the morning you can count on them. On the weekends the lines are extremely long, running outside the door, but they move fast. It’s an art I think they’ve mastered in anticipation of the late night crowd. It’s really small inside so finding a seat, again late at night, will be difficult. But if you don’t mind standing up or taking your slice(s) to go you’ll be fine. During the afternoon the crowd is definitely calmer and finding a seat shouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t for me when I took my 5 kids. We couldn’t all fit at one table but that’s what added to our experience of eating at a pizza joint in the city. Oh yes, the pizza is delish!
