Post Office Dixie Villlage Station

Just moved to this side of Orlando and so I have to start using this post office… let me just say how unhappy this makes me. Every single person that works in the office appears to hate their life and look very sad. The middle aged blonde, Nancy, is absolutely horrible. She is very sarcastic with everything she says. The customer service all around is just bad. A tan looking gentleman in a button up shirt came out to help with the line and when we spoke with him he was just very monotone with no expression. Sucks. All of it.

The blonde middle aged woman who works here is an absolute terror. EVERY time I come in, even if only to drop a pre-​printed postage package that requires no assistance, she always has something negative to say in her imperious tone. She talks to customers like they are either idiots or 5 year old naughty children. She is SO RUDE I don’t understand how she is allowed to work a public service counter. It is like she is on a mission to make everyone feel as miserable as she does. I even waited until another person was available at the counter so I would not have to deal with her, and she STILL managed to listen in on my transaction and demand that she take over. I will NEVER speak to her again. Someone needs to tape record this lady. She is out of control.

I’ve never encountered anyone inside this post office, but the person who delivers our mail is terrible! EVERY SINGLE package I have ordered in the last 6 months has been delivered every where but my own house. It’s been about 8 – 9 packages now. Our neighbors from up and down the road will have to walk our packages to us. some of them never turn up. A mac book computer got delivered to the people that live next door to us, thank goodness we know who they are. I’ve called the post office several times, and the only answer I get is «Sorry, I’ll talk to the post man.» Nothing is ever resolved. My package is never found.

I have never had any troubles with this local post office the employees have always been very accommodating and professional. It can get busy but to be honest with you I’m never in any rush to be anywhere I’m a pretty patient person so I’m really not affected. I love the wide parking spaces a true bonus when you drive a big truck

The lines move fast here, and they have an automated machine that’s open 24 hours in the lobby area.
Oh, and it’s right across from Freshfield’s Farm.
