Pro Source Wholesale Floorcoverings

So my partner and I are doing our floors from rugs to wood vinyl planks. We decided to check this place out because we have heard about their «good» deals and because of where we work we get a bigger discount. First off there is really no parking and it’s kind of difficult to park. When you walk in you see 2 girls that are upfront (1 was nice and the other looked miserable being there). The place is big and beautiful I was so excited!!! We were told that we needed to wait for our guy. We waited over 15 minutes and then had to go back upfront to remind then we we’re waiting. Then we waited another 10 minutes and then Robert Smith came out. He was super helpful and his customer service skills were on point! He had me SOLD until he told us the prices. Wow super expensive the discount was like 20 cents off! Ridiculous, I did however loved the planks but unfortunately we can’t afford them.
I was very disappointed with the prices we drove all the way from Davenport FL and left empty handed.

I used Pro Source for flooring in our new office. The salesperson was great but the service personnel, in my opinion, lack professionalism. I have been hounded by their collection people for payment of a job performed for another customer. I explained in detail my issues and continue to get calls. I asked to speak with the manager in the hopes of resolving this issue. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes.
I would not use these guys again, as once the sale was done that is where the service ended.

ProSource is the showroom that provided us with selections for our recent laminate floor installation. With lots of products at various pricepoints, in addition to many design ideas in the store, ProSource is definitely a candy store for homeowners. Bring your contractor and plan to spend an hour or two, looking through the many beautiful materials.

While we didn’t interact with ProSource because Marty took care of the ordering once we selected the product, we were very pleased with the showroom and are already planning future projects!
