Super friendly staff who go above and beyond with the customer service. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and they were very helpful in securing a vacancy for me. Then when I had to move a large refrigerator from the original unit to the new one, the manager herself braved the Florida heat to help me simply because she knew I was going to attempt it by myself. And she says «Hello» to me by name whenever she sees me on property.
