Candace is amazing! Sweet, patient, friendly, helpful and at the top of her game! Our move from NJ to FL was that much less stressful because of her. A million thanks to her for being so helpful. This location is clean and managed extremely well.

Kevin was really helpful and professional. He also give me some heads up on the city since I just moved to Orlando. The location is just right in front of our office and it is very convenient to I4. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

Kevin was SO helpful! He was willing to stay late just in case we couldn’t make it before they closed. We called him three times just for advice on the unit and he answered without hesitation or frustration! 10 stars!

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. Since day one they have made mistakes with my account. First day I got my storage I told them that I was going to Target to pick up a lock and a rental truck to move in my items. That I would be returning at 6:30 pm and if that was acceptable. They gave me the ok and that I wouldn’t have any problems. But sure enough I came with the 2 friends I recruited to help me move and they had placed their own lock on it and I was unable to get into my unit. Had to find 2 other friends and rent the truck an extra day. Then I spoke to a girl named Candice to let her know I’m moving out of state, I gave her my forwarding address and added my mother to the account. Not only did she talk to my mother like a child and talked to her in the rudest way I have ever seen someone talk to my mother, but she never did her job and updated our information. I know this because after receiving my latest bill I realized that that had increased my bill with out warning. I called several times trying to get an explanation for the increase and no one returned my call. When I finally get a call back it’s Candice wondering why I haven’t paid my bill. If they listened to their voice mail they would know why. I explain my situation and she says that they sent me a postcard. I mention that I never received such a thing. She asked for my address and then gets upset with me because I never updated my address. Really!!! I told her that I did go there and speak to her and she sarcastically said, «Thank you for updating your address.» I had my credit card ready to pay but she told me I would have to pay late fees and the additional money I wasn’t informed about. I am working on getting things arranged to move out of that storage. And I will NEVER use Public Storage ever again due to Candice and this very location.
