Real Customer Service Hello, Order Number US312***** I recently purchased a pair of BioLace v2 Men’s Running Shoes from your online store on Dec. 4, 2014. After receiving my shoes a few days later I was unhappy with the colors and style. Shortly after, I tried to initiate a return using your website. It became clear very quickly, it was not possible. I then decided to call the one eight hundred number provided on your site and was lucky to be connected with a very friendly representative who was tremendously happy and eager to help me. He proceeded to try and use your site to start the return process with the online instructions. He too realized it was impossible at the time. I know, it’s strange seeing the same sentence back to back. It’s much more strange to believe you have to wait 3 to 5 days for an email in 2014. How big is the staff over at Puma? So moving forward, I thanked him for his help and hung up the phone. Waited the 3 to 5 business days without receiving an email with instructions for the return and decided to send an email to in which you responded: Dear Steven, Thank you for contacting PUMA. We apologize that you were unable to initiate your return on the website. We have submitted a request to have a pre-paid label emailed out to you and you should receive it within 3 – 5 business days. Thank you for shopping with PUMA. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this email. Sincerely, Heather PUMA Customer Service 888−565-PUMA(7862) Wow. So after waiting another 3 – 5 business days I decided to call our local Puma Outlet at 8200 Vineland Ave Orlando, FL32821‑6811 United States And spoke with a manager at the store by the name of Geo and I explained my precise situation. Clearly thinking of providing the best possible customer service he agreed to allow me to exchange or if I could not find anything suitable to my taste and style, refund me my purchase. I thanked him and told him I may not be able to make it for a few days. He said he understood and would let all the managers know of my situation and be on the look out for me. Yesterday I went to the Puma Outlet and was greeted by Bethany who helped me through the whole process, even helping pick out extra items I may like. If you want Puma to achieve the success it hopes to achieve, then you need to be sure to keep and promote the helpful team at this particular location. Respectfully, Steven Tillman P. S. I’ve stopped in a couple of times to re-up my kicks. The designs are always current and the selection is nicely varied between casual and athletic models. High-tops, low-tops, whatever they got’em – for cheap. The store would get 5 stars from me if it was solely(ZING) based on value/selection/customer service but there’s one nagging problem here… lines. This location is in the Premium Outlets next to Disney so no matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week, it’s packed like sardines in a tin at that mall so you’re probably looking at a bit of a wait to check out, at least I’ve had to the last two times I’ve shopped there. Great place for cool shoes otherwise.

I shop all the time at the outlet north of my native Seattle and quite like it. Unfortunately, this outlet doesn’t compare. Really didn’t appreciate shopping off of the 50% of rack only to get to the register and have the clerk tell me that only one of the two pairs of shoes I was purchasing was eligible. They were the EXACT same pair of shoes, just in two separate colors. This was not a simple stocking error as multiples of the same colors were in that section. Just a stupid bait and switch, and I don’t appreciate it. Instead of my wife and I spending $ 200 bucks there, I canceled my transaction and stopped my wife from coming in to shop. Hey Puma, even a simple stocking error would be YOUR problem. Not offering me the discount that was advertised was a customer service error, and that was also YOUR problem. I would have gladly continued shopping there if you gave me the discount that you advertised. But, since you didn’t, you lost that sale.

I you like the mark Puma, this is the place, I swear it’s like dying and going to Puma Heaven, the have everything including their coulture lines like Ferrari, Jill Sander, etc. $ 400 Pair of kicks for $ 95 isnt too bad of a find.
