While trying to arrange a group of people to go to Rebounderz I experienced incredibly poor and unprofessional customer service. I requested time-sensitive forms to be emailed to me as soon as possible. After about two weeks and 5 or 6 calls, I tried to call once more. This time I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and eventually hung up on. Would not recommend for parties or large groups.

Cool place for kids, right by other amusement parks and its indoors. They need though for the older kids.

My nephew had his 1st birthday at this location and it was the worst experience ever. Where do I begin? First of all, Katie said to us that we could arrive 15 – 30 minutes earlier than the start time so we could set up the party room. We arrive at 2:50pm(start time was 3pm) and they would not allow us in the room. They finally let us in the party room at 330pm, 30 minutes late. Then we arrive in our room and are told the pizza will not come for an hour and fifteen minutes, something that should be told to us when we planned the party. When the pizza finally arrived at 456pm it was cold and old and dry and just nasty. We only had the room for 2 hours which we didn’t completely get because they let us in late. So at 5pm the staff arrived to clean up and get us out. We barely had time to sing happy birthday to my nephew. Overall I wouldn’t celebrate a thing at this location and to top it off a party room next door to us explained to us that they had an awful experience as well. Management was not helpful at all. Terrible customer service.

be prepared to wait… wait… and wait some more! before you actually to any trampoline, you need to go through the check-in process and that is disorganized and archaic especially during the weekends or on rainy days! the waiver form gets packed and your privacy is on display for everyone around you… not good at all in this day and age where identity theft is so prevalent and rampant… i offer a very simple solution to the owner of the establishment: invest on some 3M privacy screen filters to be installed on each screen to offer customers an extra layer of security from prying eye opportunists… after that, you move on to the payment part of it… the coupons that I had they did not accept because of some technicality that was not clearly written so we paid full price! …and there is no rhyme or reason as people jump jump in front of you trying to cut the line because there is no organization whatsoever… to the owner, how bout putting up a line like they have in banks, etc? problem solved… BEWARE! you have to buy their«special socks» which is an extra $ 3 per child and on the ads, it does state clearly about this… so bring extra cash for sure… from there, you have to show proof of purchase and then you are given instructions on what is allowed and what is not and where you have access to and not, etc. everything is precisely timed down to the second so it’s a hungry cash cow machine at $ 15 person per hour… once you are done with that, then you finally move on to putting on your socks and finally to the trampoline… and there is… guess what? …more wait!!! ridiculous!!! the bathrooms are dirty and smelly and clearly suffers from zero maintenance… the only reason i gave them 1 star is because the location was good and there ample free parking and the place did not have that nasty musty dirty sock mixed with wet dog smell! the concept is a good one especially for a place like orlando and great for locals and tourists alike but there is much room for improvement and i really hope the owner(s) care about a good reputation and build towards a healthy loyal repeat customer base from locals and frequent orlando visitors

When I was little I went to Rebounderz in Maryland. They were a lot more about the gymnastics and facilities, like the huge pit of blocks. However, this one was very minimal with some of it looking condemned. I originally went to play dodgeball with some friends. The bounce areas look safe enough and are not too painful to fall on. The service is ok, nothing to write home about.

Reasonably priced for amount of time kids get to play. My daughter had fun going to the different areas. There were 3 ‘rooms’; 1 with a small trampoline track where they could jump into a foam pit, 1 with foam and soft rubber basketballs with basketball hoops, and 1 large trampoline with several sectioned off squares where kids can bounce alone. They also had a few arcade games. There wasn’t much seating for the parents while the kids played though. My daughter is a gymnast so she spent a lot of the time tumbling. I ended up feeling like I paid extra for what I already pay for. lol That’s just me though, but if you have a gymnast child you may end up feeling the same way.
