I’m extremely new to the area. I’ve visited this studio for a salsa social and a milonga. It has a very nice open floor for social dancing. I will say the location of the studio is a little hidden, it’s in the back of another building. It feels slightly unsafe. Other than that, the studio is fine.

I’ve been to many places for Zumba classes and I must say, by far, this has been my most favorite locations yet. The atmosphere along with the staff make for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Rhythm X.

Took a burlesque class here. It was awesome! Yay for real choreography! Thanks Vanessa for the encouragement & information. I will def be back soon.

This place is great. I just started doing Zumba here with a friend. Anita and Denise are great at teaching the classes.
The prices are the cheapest I have seen so far in Orlando.
So far so good and I will keep going 2 – 3 times a week for Zumba!

I love this studio. I have been going to RhythemX for the past two years after searching for years for good place to do zumba. I found that this is the best studio in Orlando, since the floors are good, the space is big, the air conditioning and fans works, even when the studio is full. You sweat because you are working out, not because it is extremely hot. In addition, the ambience is wonderful, the instructors and staff are very good and very professional and courteous and the students are very friendly and open. I recommend you come and try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Love it! RhythmX helps reduce stress, have fun and get fit all in one! The instructors are awesome! I love it here. It’s my getaway from the craziness of life and everything else. Why not dance and get fit all at the same time!

If you decide to go to this studio, it is a little hard to find. This business complex has two buildings, one behind the other. This studio is on the back building and you cannot see it from the street. Once you find the studio it is a nice place. Recently in the main room the dropped a ceiling grid and added ceiling fans. It is so hot in there now. The lower ceilings make to room look tiny. They put a lot of dark paint on the walls so you feel like you are in a tiny, hot, dark room. Also with the lower ceilings it pushes moisture towards the floor so you get sweaty quicker and your shoes stick to the floor. I know the goal was to improve the room, but for dance you need high ceilings. The bathrooms are nice and they have other rooms throughout the facility.

I Freakin LOVE this place! The classes are so much fun that it doesn’t feel like exercise. I began going there a few years ago just to increase my fitness level and lose weight. All of the staff and teachers are super welcoming and nice. They encourage you to work at your own level until you can do better. The classes are fairly large and there are people there at all different levels of fitness and ages so everyone can feel comfortable in class even if it’s your first time. My favorite classes there are Zumba and Latin hip hop. I’ve also taken and enjoyed yoga, belly dancing, and Insanity Friday (an intense 2 hour Zumba/​Latin hip hop mix) My favorite teachers are Vanessa and Rony but Alicia, Tiffany and Raul are great too. I haven’t been to classes at this studio in a while but any other places that I’ve taken Zumba classes have not compared.
One more thing I can’t help mentioning is that the staff here believes in giving back to the community! I used to work in child welfare and was hosting an event that focused on health and wellness at a local group home. I asked Vanessa if she would come and do a short Zumba session for the kids and she graciously agreed. She and a few other members went to the event and our kids LOVED it! And they did the event free of charge :) THEY ARE SOOO GREAT!

This place is amazing! There were a few other gyms that shall remain nameless that allowed their male members to just watch the class during Zumba. I’m not on stage, I’m exercising! On top of that, I’m self-​conscious about my weight and didn’t want all these buff men watching me. Here, at Rhythm X, I don’t have to worry about that! It has a club-​like atmosphere and the instructor dances on a stage so that you can easily see her/​him no matter where you are in the class. I’ve dropped 9 pounds in the 3 weeks I’ve been going here! The only negative thing I can say is that the studio is on the other side of town from where I live. I don’t care though! I will spend the gas it takes to get here! The instructors are great and I don’t know if I can take a Zumba class elsewhere after going here!

Love this place! Didn’t know it existed until I saw it on Groupon, which was a great deal! Music and instructors are great. Doesn’t even feel like a work out, more like a night out wearing sneakers instead of heels!

I happened upon Rhythm X via a groupon purchase and I must say, I’m such a smart shopper! This really was one of my better purchases recently! I can get fit, have fun, and not even drive 5 minutes from my place to do so!
I can’t give Rhythm X 5 stars just yet because I’ve never tried zumba any place else. But, what I can say is that each time I leave I’m amazed at how soaked I am because I’ve worked out so hard without even realizing it! I’ve read all the reviews about Vanessa’s classes, and I must agree, she is the truth! But, I can’t wait to take Rony’s Latin Hip Hop class soon. He made a guest appearance at Vanessa’s zumba class recently that just blew me away! He, like the other male instructors are sooo fun and animated with plenty of energy… just what I need to keep me pumped while working out! (I can’t say the same for all of the female instructors though.)
The only thing I don’t really get is why their schedule lists one instructor per class when really, depending on the day and time you go, there are a variety of teachers giving instruction. The last time I went to Vanessa’s class on a Monday night I swear we had at least 5 other instructors. While they are all super friendly it’s just not really my cup of tea, c’mon, I’m still a newbie, I need consistency!
All in all though, I am indeed a fan of Rhythm X!

Vanessa and her team of instructors do an amazing job of making a hard workout like a walk in the park. Vanessa has taken Zumba literally to an art form with her exquisite dancing skills. And the best part is that her enthusiasm trickles down to us making the entire experience rewarding and fun.
I can personally vouch that what I heard through the grapevine «Rhythm X» being the best Zumba class in town is quite true.

I first started taking class with Vanessa back when she used to teach at Metro Muscle and in Winter Park. I was super excited when she told me she was going to open a zumba studio.
The energy of all the instructors at Rhythm X is amazing. It doesn’t even feel like you are exercising. Everyone is just there to have a good time. Don’t get me wrong, every time I leave my hair is soaked in sweat. I’ve had to buy more exercise class because of zumba.
I personally love the Monday and Friday classes with Vanessa. I also always make the Wednesday classes with Kristabel. I have the unlimited monthly package so I can go to whatever class I want during the week. It’s so flexible for me and because it’s close to where I live I end up going at least twice a week. I would also highly recommend the stretch classes with Alyssa. Your body feels like jelly afterwards.
The insanity friday classes are super fun too and last 2 hours! I’ve taken those a couple of time.
Overall, the studio is made up of some pretty amazing people that always have a smile on their face and are super nice to dance with. You will not ever feel uncomfortable in these classes. And the hour flies by!

I tried a Zumba class awhile back at a local gym and immediately loved it. Unfortunately, I had problems finding instructors that I liked and kept me interested. I heard about Rhythm X from people who also took Zumba classes at the gym. So I decided to try it out.
I loveee Rhythm X! The classes are so much fun and the instructors are all great and friendly. You will definitely sweat! It really is like a party. There is an awesome sound system and the lights aren’t bright. There’s also a stage so you can see what the instructors are doing. Every last Friday of the month, they have Insanity Friday, which is a 2 hr class. They don’t call it insanity for nothing!
In addition to zumba classes, they have zumba toning and zumba gold (for older people), latin hip hop, and so much more. They also just added a stretching class (haven’t tried it yet) and they announced that yoga will be coming soon. So it sounds like there will be lots more class options and more times available for classes, which is great if you have trouble finding a class to fit your schedule.
I am soo glad I found out about rhythm X. If you’ve never tried zumba, you have to try it. And if you love zumba, you will love this place! And the whole point is to have fun. I never feel uncomfortable or silly if I get off step or can’t get the hang of a move. It’s really just about having fun and getting a great workout!

So, this studio specializes in Zumba. All types of Zumba, some classes are very high energy, others are designed more towards toning, and some are designed for the senior population, which I think is huge and awesome!
I personally like the belly dance classes here. The space is large with a lot of mirrors up front. The sound system is excellent, and the teachers are up front on an elevated platform so you can see them.
All the teachers are excellent and inspiring. I also saw a playroom for the little ones as well. Check out the schedules online and drop by. I was able to get a 10 class card with daily deelz for like $ 30!
I really could not ask for more in a dance studio! The studio is in a office park setting. You have to drive around to the back to see the studio. Just look for all the cars.
OH, just so you know– If you have never tried Zumba before, it’s like a Latin dance party that never stops! Bring a towel, LOTS of water, wear cushy sneakers, and if you have an oxygen tank, hey, bring that too – you will definitely lose your breath!!!
