Dr. John Russo(pronounced Russ-o) is phenomenal. His dental hygienists are the best I have ever been to. They are caring, compassionate and friendly. I had some horrific experiences in the past and Dr. Russo’s office put me at ease. They are all professional and put their customers first. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people at Dr. Russo’a office!

I’ve gone for a few years from the recommendation of a co-worker. He’s really quite friendly and I’ve had a positive experience. I’m an Orlando transplant and neglected going to the dentist for a few years after I got here despite having insurance. Scheduling was easy and I received a reminder phone call and email. You get reminder emails about twice a year to schedule a follow-up or that your follow-up is set. The location is close to Colonial Photo & Hobby. The building and parking lot are professional. Waiting area is small but just fine. The individual exam area is nice. There is a TV mounted to the ceiling and they’ll put anything on that you want. They have Brighthouse cable so for me it’s easy to call out a channel when you start. A dental assistant did most of the cleaning. She uses some nice technology that was new to me to measure my gums, did xrays, and did what felt like a thorough cleaning. There is a big computer monitor next to her with x-rays and a place for her to take notes on each individual tooth and compare notes from all prior visits. She was friendly and pleasant. The dentist comes in at the end and looks at your x-rays, shows them to you on the screen, checks out your mouth while the hygienist tells him the hi/lowlights, does some picking, and discussed if anything else should be done. I’m pretty healthy orally but he did recommend something. I’ve gone 3 years and he isn’t pushy because I still haven’t done it but he keeps reminding me. I ended up in line with him at Jason’s Deli. He was really down to earth and friendly. I will keep going back.
