Dr. Pati is an excellent physician! I went to her with low energy, insomnia, weight gain, irritability, etc. I was already exercising regularly and eating a nutritious diet, but these problems would not dissipate. I did not want to take a synthetic hormone pill in a one-​size-​fits-​all scenario. Dr. Pati did a thorough examination and determined what I needed in a couple of visits. I am on bio-​identical hormone replacement therapy and some other supplements for my deficiencies; this treatment got my hormone levels back in balance and resolved my issues. Bought an Eversave coupon for a facial and was really impressed by the attention and service I received.
Crystal was my esthetician — she was chatty, very friendly and sweet. It was obvious that she loves her line of work and takes extra special care with her clients. She took her time with me and gave me important information on caring for my skin.
Crystal is AMAZING with eyebrow shaping and waxing. It’s less painful and she uses a serum that literally makes the redness diminish significantly. I have thick eyebrows and really have no idea how to maintain them so when I looked in the mirror and saw them totally groomed I wanted to take her home and keep her in my closet forever! She’s great!
I felt like the upsell was a bit thick and unfortunately at the time I went, it was the end of the day and apparently the AC just went out. So workers were hammering and drilling away while I was trying to relax. I have to admit, It wasn’t the most relaxing facial I’ve had but I was really impressed by the service.

After 16 long months of sickness, deterioration, and MANY visits to specialists, W. Patterson, PA actually listened to and made an accurate diagnosis of Lymes disease in my teenage daughter. The treatment was reasonable and simple. After just a couple weeks she began to get better and now I have my daughter back! We are SO very grateful to her and to SaJune.

This faciliy doesn’t take insurnace. They told me I have to file my own. I knew that going there. However, they have been completely unable to provide me with adequate documentation of tests and diagnosis that I can use to submit my own claim. This is extremely frustrating because in my several lenghty visits, they did nothing to help with my medical problem, but did spend a lot of time selling me expensive supliments.
If you want a medical spa for botox, etc. this might be a good option. But if you want a professional doctor’s office, forget it.
