Went two weeks ago for arthroscopic surgery to repair torn meniscus.
Prior to the surgery they called me twice to go over my preparation responsibilities. They answered all my questions and told me to call back if any issues or concerns came up.
I do wish that the waiting room was a little more like a living room — that’s my only criticism. All the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing and kept me well informed. I was comfortable at all times and they kept me relaxed.
They called me afterwards for appropriate follow up. They seemed to be committed to a very high level of service.

No ones like to have surgery but if you have to have some outpatient work done, look no further.
A very buttoned up operation, everyone seemed knowledgeable and was helpful. Everything ran smoothly and at no point was I every worried.
Kudos to all the staff and a process that works!

If you have to have an outpatient procedure done, this is a nice place to do it. Conveniently located in the Sand Lake Medical complex next to the hospital, they are efficient, friendly and helpful.
Chairs in the waiting room are not the comfiest, but the person that is waiting for you can browse the web with complimentary wi-​fi. Just ask the receptionist at the desk and she’ll cheerfully give you the password.
The scheduling staff is great and I was impressed with their follow-​up and follow-​through.
