No. No. No. No! Much like the other reviewers, I purchased a Living Social voucher. When I attempted to redeem it, I was told they had no record of my purchase. I contacted Living Social who assured me that the voucher was active. I called Serenity again and, magically, it was there! After this, I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I called to check in and find out what was going on and was told no one answered the door. I assure you this wasn’t the case as my dogs go nuts every time a leaf falls outside. The dispatcher very reluctantly scheduled a second appointment and the cleaners arrived over an hour late. When they left, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of their work so I opted not to tip them, garnering snarky comments as they carried their supplies out to their car. Never again. Don’t waste your time or money on any deals.

Useless! Pick another maid service. Anything is better than this company who failed to show up twice. THEYDESERVE A 0. This has been the biggest disappointment regarding any deal I’ve purchased through LivingSocial, but it isn’t the fault of LS, but instead the fault of Serenity Cleaning. I bought this deal in April, and then scheduled over the phone for a cleaning appointment on May 5th, the day I rented a U-haul to pack up my apartment and move 5 hours away. We packed up the U-haul, and then waited, waited, and waited, two hours after the scheduled appointment, for Serenity Cleaning to show up. Frustrated, I figured they missed our appointment or were running very late. I called, in which the same man I talked to the first time, said I wasn’t on the schedule for that day. He apologized for the error and booked it for a week later, the following Saturday, May 12. I checked up with my apartment complex a couple days after the second scheduled appointment to see if somebody from that company had in fact come to pick up the spare key for a cleaning, which in turn, nobody from Serenity Cleaning had come to pick up the spare key to clean my apartment. When I tried calling to see what had happened, nobody picked up and I never got a call back from the confused voice mails I left. I got a refund back from LivingSocial(as I requested directly through LS), but I was still livid as I didn’t have time to book another cleaning service before my lease was up mid-May, therefore I lost part of my deposit.

Purchased a coupon through living social for this shady company. After they missed my first appointment, the owner told me to get a refund. I said this was not acceptable and he rescheduled reluctantly. The next time they missed the appointment they said their car broke down. They rescheduled. This last time they said they would come at 1230. When I called to confirm they said noon. At 1245 on their confirmed noon appointment, I was told the car had a flat tire and they were too far away to come clean. I explained this was the 3rd time this has happened. The maid said she would be there in 45 minutes. At 130 I received a call from the owner saying no one would come and I should just get a refund from living social. This guy shouldn’t own his own business. Horrible customer service and enough lies to make Pinocchio’s nose stretch across the state.

I have a lot on my plate as of now but I just wanted to throw my two cents in regarding this business before anyone else gets scammed. IF I CANGIVE0STARS, I WOULD. This is absolutely the worst service in any sector I have ever encountered. I am expecting guests and remembered that I purchased a Living Social voucher so I figured I might as well use it. On Tuesday, May 8, I called Kevin to setup an appointment. He hung up on me mid-conversation and refused to pick up after I called back. He then answered the phone and hung up on me again as soon as the call went through. I called back once more and he didn’t answer the call for the second time. I kept redialing and he finally answered and when I asked in a less friendly tone if he was hanging up on me, he said it was bad connection. Okay, whatever. So he managed to say that he can take me Friday morning(May 11) at 9 am since I will only have kitchen and dining room cleaned in my apartment, he then took my information(address, phone number etc). On Friday, May 11, my guests arrived at 9:30 and still no sign of cleaners. I figured they forgot so I just went on with my day. At 12:30, the doorbell rings and it was the cleaners. Two middle-aged ladies came and said they spent 45 minutes trying to find me because their boss(same rude Kevin guy) gave them the wrong apartment unit number. I asked them why they didn’t try to call me, they told me Kevin gave them the wrong phone number. Seriously, WHATTHEHECK? Really?! Wrong address, wrong time, wrong phone number? Wow. So they ended up saying that they are late for their next appointment even though they told me this is their last appointment for the day and one of them is off to West Palm so I’m pretty sure they are just done and want to leave for the day. I don’t blame them especially upon hearing this is the second time this week. Get it together.
