When I first came to Dr. Serrao for a consultation I knew that I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Dr. Serrao makes you feel safe and confident and he really cares about his patients! Like any good Doctor should! I had an amazing experience and am so thankful I chose Dr. Serrao!

I have been a patient of Dr. Serrao’s for 5 years now. I have never met a Doctor that gives their patients as much time and attention as Dr. Serrao does. He is compassionate and dedicated. He always makes sure I am well informed and I know all my options before I make an important decision regarding my health, and as a bonus he shows interest in what’s going on with the rest of my life. With Dr. Serrao I am not only visiting a health care professional but also someone who truly cares.

Yikes. After being a patient of Dr. Serrao’s med spa and accompanying my mother for her multiple procedures and check-​ups I have nothing but negative things to say about this facility. While the doctor has a lovely bedside manner, the operational and organizational structure of the office is a disaster. Be prepared to WAIT forever, regardless of your appointment time. Nothing irks me more than having to ration out my entire afternoon for a 20-​minute doctor visit.
On a more ridiculous note, my mother was charged upfront for a procedure (standard protocol) that she never underwent. Here’s the kicker… she was NEVER given a refund! Thieves! And now she’s out over $ 5,000. Completely and utterly unethical. Oh, how fun it will be to hire an attorney to unravel this horrid mess.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This office is a joke.
