It has been a month and I have not had contact from anyone concerning the coins that I requested to have made. I did as I was asked and resent the photos that I chose, since they «could not open the files».I just resent an email with the previous message sent a month before as proof. The customer service with this company is terrible! I HAD a deadline of AUG 1 2015. I sent my first request June 19th! When will I get the care and concern that I deserve as a customer? What have I done to deserve this treatment? I am trying to buy goods from them!
