Sir Randolph’s Classic Transportation of Orlando

The receptionist is completely incompetent. She is rude and does not know who she is talking to when big company’s call to book reservations. please save yourself the headache for this company is not professional.

Unilocal makes me select one star but they aren’t even worthy of that. The first driver cancelled the second one came only for us to find no ice or music on the party bus. What’s a party bus without music? After ruining the ride up there along with our moods we were charged 600 for 5 hours which we were told we would be credited a little for our inconvenience. The lady who answered immediately had attitude and became stand offish. She clearly was not willing to listen. Bottom line they provided a service that was half arse and on top of it cannot even admit it. That is extremely unethical. There are plenty of cheaper and friendlier options. If you want a party with no music and rude service these are your people!

Janice, I suppose you are the unsympathetic woman we spoke to on the phone. First, we were less than 80 miles away from our drop off in Orlando. In fact, from our pick up to our destination it was less than 80 miles from start to finish. Second, we were told by Starbucks that we could not sit inside all night while waiting for your drivers. In fact, when they arrived we were literally sitting on asphalt. Also, the McDonald’s was across the other side of the interstate. It is a testament to your level of guest service that you would knowingly lie to protect your review. Third, and I should have stated this before, your limo bus was in poor shape to begin with, and our driver told us as we were getting on that we shouldn’t touch the pole in the back because it wasn’t stable, and that the karaōke machine was broken. If you did not have a sturdy vehicle available for us to rent, you should not have taken our money. Sir Randolph’s could not pay us, even $ 240, to get back in one of your vehicles.

Used Sir Randolph’s to get to and from Port Canaveral for a cruise. Because the cruise line was late, I had to adjust the time of pickup. They said they can’t always accomodate a schedule change, but it worked out for that day and we were picked up right on time. The driver was friendly and funny. They upgraded us to the Rolls Royce limo free. It was a pretty cool car, very comfortable. Just FYI, it’s not the interior most modern limo’s have as far as the cool ceiling lights and LED’s, but it has stereo, air conditioned, and plush leather seats. We rode with 5 in the limo comfortably, an additional person would have been ok, but 7 in that limo might have been squishy.
The return trip was a little more messy… when I booked, they scheduled me at 9. I was relying on them to choose the best time for pickup based on how cruise lines disembark passengers. What I wasn’t aware of was that I needed to tell the cruise line that we needed to be off the ship by 9:00. It took longer than that, and we made it onto the curb at 9:45, at which point I would’ve accrued a 90 late fee. But because we were so late, they told me over the phone that they had to send the limo to another event. So they sent a van (comfortable) in replacement. They said the late fee on the van would be $ 75.
So that would have been okay… dissapointing but okay. But on top of that they charged me for the van without refunding the limo costs.
I keep them at 4 stars because had we not been out late, none of this would have happened, but I can’t quite give them 5 stars… I would’ve been fine paying the extra 90 to keep the limo waiting, but they said they couldn’t accomodate that, so I truly believe we shouldn’t pay for the return portion of the limo at all.
I’m not giving them lower than 4 either… the service was reliable, and even disputing over e-​mail they respond empathetically. In the end, I’m disputing the extra charge with the credit card company, and they will decide who is more correct on that front.

I want to say I have not used there limo service. I simply called them to see what kind of cars they have available. Not only were they rude, they were trying to charge me something ridiculous like 80/​hr with a 6 hr minimum. I have not used the services, but this would give me reason not to.

I had given up trying to find a one way limo ride out to City Walk. My friend had chosen that locale as her bachelorette party playground, and we wanted to arrive in style. Every place I called had a minimum reservation of 3 – 4 hours on a Saturday night.
That’s when I found Sir Randolph’s Classic Transportation of Orlando. Their website said they offered rides out to the parks and airport so I gave it one more shot. I called the day before I needed the car, thinking maybe I could get a van or something a little nicer than a yellow cab.
I called and immediately had someone on the phone who knew how to answer my questions, and gave me all the information I was looking for. They had limos, starting at $ 125 (based on our pick up location and arrival point). That fit my budget, and booked it. I needed the car at 5:45, and she asked if we could push it to 6:15. I did, and she gave me a free upgrade to the Rolls Royce limo!
The driver was on time and very nice. We did get to City Walk a little later than planned (traffic was bad due to rain), but the ride out was very nice.
This totally made our night, and was such a surprise for the bride-​to-​be. Sir Randolph’s bailed me out in a pinch and helped kick off a fun night with style. They offer a variety of packages, varying from the one way\drop off to the hourly chauffeur, and a large variety of cars and limos. I highly recommend them.
