Had a good experience from the moment I walked into the store. Which is a total surprise for a Sprint store. From the sales to the techs being knowledgeable, and courteous. If you are tired of dealing with the less educated *2 sprint number staff, visit this store. They will restore your confidence in Sprint.

I came out here yesterday due to my phone not charging. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive despite how busy they were. Angel, even though he was swamped with phone repairs, was very helpful and patient with getting me set up with a working phone. Did it take a while? Yes. Did he take my phone that was useless and give me a phone that works? Yes… and to me that makes it worth the wait!

or else just go drop your phone off and head for the mall. you will be waiting a while.. .a long while.
Things can get pretty heated here. I mean, we’re dealing with people’s phones, and it’s top priority.. .if it’s your phone.
Honestly, I felt like I was giving my life away when I dropped my phone off for a couple of hours.. .so attached to it for many reasons.
It took about well, more than two hours to get myself back in business. I ran some errands and came back.
Someone will get you register you when you walk in, and there is a screen to let you know you place in line.. .
