Stunning Studios

The stylist, Heather, did not want to cut my hair as I asked for and acted like she was distracted during the entire cut. I asked her to take a lot of the volume out and she barely cut any hair at all. I asked her to give me a straight, no frills, «unstyled» look and she proceeded to curl my hair up with a flat iron so that I looked like a pageant kid on Toddlers and Tiaras. I am a middle aged woman – it looked ridiculous. When I asked why she did that after my opposite instructions she said «Oh, I just like to play with hair. Sorry.» She said she would cut my bangs after she had blow dried my hair. She blow dried and then started to take my cape off like she was done. I said, «Aren’t you going to cut my bangs?» and she acted like I was annoying her. This is one of the worst hair cut experiences I have ever had. She seemed very out of it like she was on something. I kept having to push her to do every part of the cut and finally I just gave up. I had to go get another hair cut within a week it was such a poor job.

Heather at stunning studios was great. She listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. She will definitely be my new stylist!
